This company is by far the best not only in their industry but across all trades… Start to finish. The office staff is top notch … Knowledgable, caring, and understanding… They did everything possible to educate me and guide me to make the right decisions to the repair work we needed done. We are beyond satisfied from start to finish and I would highly recommend them for chimney cleaning, repair, new construction or any project.

When I bought my house, the inspector advised getting the chimney inspected & cleaned before using it. At the recommendation of many people on my town Facebook group, we called the Chaps.
Upon (the free) inspection, they said it didn’t need a cleaning, which they definitely could have just to make some money off of us. When asked about the damper knob that didn’t move, they recommended and quoted a new, easier damper and a cap to keep animals and tree debris out. They came in under the quote, and didn’t even complain about the wasp sting incurred from the nest we didn’t know was hiding in a gutter – just gave my wife the heads up so we could get rid of it.
Generally good to work with, and they offer many services.
