First time being in a Pandora store. Spouse bought me a bracelet and I wanted a longer link. The store is bright and very clean. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 reps. The one who assisted me was very attentive and answered all my questions. I ended up keeping the same link after she showed me a longer link and even put a few charms on it. I was impressed with the store, only downside is I feel like I disappointed the sales rep when I didnt buy an additional charm. She did spend a lot of time with me and was definitely trying to sell. I thought I made it clear when I walked in the purpose of this visit. Charms average $ 65 a piece. A little pricey but they are beautifully crafted. I can see buying one or two myself, other than that hubby can buy it.

I have had better customer service at this location compared to the Menlo Park one, and they had a charm I wanted that the Menlo Park store didn’t have. However, the sales ladies can be quite pushy. I only wanted to buy a charm but she kept trying to sell the two-tone bracelet to me, which was a few hundred dollars. The ladies can be helpful when trying to help you find a certain bead/charm, but the aggressiveness of the sales ladies was just a turn-off for me.

If you spend money and not just bother them with«questions and wanting to look» they will treat you well. That’s pretty much what’s up with America at this point, they are sales people and could care less you don’t know what you want to look at or for. Since we bought well over $ 300 of beads, they took great care of us… but I watched the others who were looking for others and they couldn’t care less about their needs/wants. Be advised.

My kids bought me a bracelet 2 yrs ago. Since then I have gotten charms every holiday and except for about 2 beads I’m full… over $ 1000. in beads. I enjoyed the bracelet, I bought one for my Mom. Thought about buying one for my daughter who finally expressed an interest in having one, and was going to suggest a necklace for me because my bracelet was almost full. The stupid bracelet broke right in the middle, and Pandora does not cover it after 1 yr. They won’t fix, replace, or offer a discount on a new one. Neither will Jared the jewelry store they bought it from. Even Keurig will replace a broken coffee maker, knowing the k-cups are the profit. I will never buy another Pandora product or shop Jared Jewelry stores, they just don’t have a good business policy
