I’ve been buying and repairing jewelry here for years. They always repair my pieces at a very fair price. The pieces I have purchased are beautiful, and of high quality. I’ve gone to shops in Boston to have a watch battery replaced, and they charge 4x the price, and are not nearly as nice to customers as Château. Support the local business!

My family has relied on Château Jewelers for years for all watch and jewelry repairs. Bought all my best watches from them. They’re always happy to help you out.

Brought in my brand new watch to have a pin removed. They not only broke the link, but lost the pin and then blamed the construction of the watch for their shoddy work. Then they continuously assured me that of anyone could fix it, it would be them. I could hear them in the back room pounding on the watch saying «well, that’s not so bad, now.»
After all was said and done and they still hadn’t made my watch the right length, I cut my loss and decided to leave it at that. Then they actually expected me to pay for them breaking my watch, I told then I wouldn’t. They denied breaking the link and losing the pin. The owner then just waved his hand in my face and said «buh bye, we work for free.»
They should have just told me they couldn’t do it. I would have left with my watch intact and they wouldn’t have a scathing review of their disreputable business.
I will forever actively tell anyone looking for a jeweler that château should be a last resort and that broken jewelry is a better option.
