My job is a contractor I go to a lot of improvement locations and I will drive out of my way to come to here in Bridgeville to the Washington Pike location because they have some of the best service around. Brian who tends to help me a lot been with the company for more than 25 years and he knows his stuff.

My complaint concerns corporate Home Depot policies, not this individual store. I ordered something online and got charged the full 7 percent local tax. This would be okay if I had access to a local store to return an item ordered online, but Home Depot doesn’t allow this. You have to pay postage to return items from Home Decorators to New Mexico even though you get penalized having to pay local tax.

Ah yes, the Home Depot. One of the few reasons to visit the outer boroughs and villages of the Pittsburgh Metro area — not really.
I have no qualms with this Home Depot. While not the most knowledgable people I have ever met, they are friendly and helpful. Thank goodness that the store has signs for each of the aisles.
