The Gleaming Gutter Company

Stay away from this company. I had the unfortunate experience using Gleaming Gutter to clean my gutters. They sent my bill to an incorrect email address (not the one I supplied when scheduling this appointment). I never received a bill. They then without warning took me to court for failure to pay. When I was given this summons to appear in court, I immediately contacted them to determine what was going on. While they claim they sent the bill to correct email, and they had contacted me by phone multiple times and left many messages about the bill, my email and phone records show this was totally false. I found that they had in fact sent the bills to an old email address that we had not used for over a year due to a malware problem. I mailed my email and phone records to Gleaming Gutter to show them they had made a billing error. I also included a check for the bill (including late charges as a show of good faith). They took me to court anyway, and claimed I falsified my phone records. In addition, they claimed they also sent the bills to the correct email in addition to the old email. My email records clearly show that the bill was only sent to the wrong email. They provided no evidence of the phone calls or emails. Their web site states 100% Satisfaction guaranteed, and that they take great pride in customer service. My experience is the exact opposite of this
I had used Gleeming Gutter once previously and paid on time. The fact that Mike S. would falsely state otherwise again indicates exactly the type of company they are. I guess with a Company like Gleeming Gutter, they would consider anyone who would use them more than once a long time customer. Stay away from this company.
