Great shop. Great selection. Great staff. BYOB is very convenient. Being next to the Bottleshop is very convenient if you need a 6 pack to drink with your cigar. Multiple TVs to watch the game while you relax. The only downside I have is I wish there was more seating.

I have shopped at Smoke several times on a recommendation of a client. They have a great selection and the prices are in line with the rest of the area. My only complaint is that the last couple of times I purchased cigars, they were dry. When I cut or punched them the outer wrapper started to separate and fall off. The cigars I purchased were not from the main humidor room but the cases. I am disappointing that I spent a lot of money and got dry cigars.

Traveled to Pittsburgh this week to see a few customers and found this shop not to far from the motel. I really liked the website and the video review on Cigar Snob made it look really promising. They had my Padron 1964 Anniversary which was a plus.
I never found the lancero spot mentioned on the video review and the gent working the counter seemed ovreally preoccupied with his smart phone so he wasn’t too interested in checking on me while I was in the humidor.
The cigar had been properly managed in their humidor so at least I got what I paid for.
As for the previously mentioned gent, he must know I am a stranger because he never greeted me or said thank you for spending $ 15 on the stogie.
Maybe I will give them another chance, then again, it’s hard to overlook a unfriendly environment.

The experience you get here depends on who is working the counter. Some of the employees are friendly and helpful, others couldn’t care less that you walked in. The cutting fee and corking fee are way to steep

As for cigar selection this place is pretty good. Its on-​par with Puff n stuff.
One walk in humidor and a bunch of humidor displays.
The atmosphere is nice too, we decided to sit down and enjoy a stick in the lounge.
Boy was that a mistake. The place was busy and the smoke eaters just couldn’t handle it. 15 minutes in our eyes were on fire and I started to get a little cough from inhaling so much second hand smoke.
30 minutes in we couldn’t hack it anymore and decided to finish our stogies outside in the freezing cold.
Overall it’s a fine place to buy a smoke, but I’d pass on the lounge unless I were one of the only ones in there.
You can BYOB, however there is a pretty decent corking fee per person.
I would have given 4 – 4.5 stars if they had a better smoke eater system.

Excellent shop with a very stylish interior. A classy yet unpretentious feel dominates the place and I found the cigars to be fairly priced and the staff friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my visits, two so far, and would feel comfortable taking my friends to smoke for a smoke!

An excellent cigar selection and atmosphere. Cigar lockers are available and it’s BYOB. Just a great place to relax with a smoke.
