Sun Rental

We rented 200 plain white chairs from Sun Rental for our Oct. 2012 outdoor wedding. The condition of the chairs was fine. The price was fine. The chairs were set up as instructed by my onsite coordinator (hard to mess that up).
My major complaint is that they were over 45 minutes late to drop off the chairs which caused my mom to be late to get ready and to help me get ready and caused our photo schedule to be completely derailed.
After they were 15 min. late we called to see where they were and they assured me the delivery was «close» to the park. Fifteen minutes later, still no chairs so I called again and made sure to voice my frustration. I am told that the delivery guys cannot find the park although I had given explicit instructions that the park did not have a traditional address and provided the cross streets and block (i.e. 1800 block of N. 2^nd St. at Wilkinson St.) where it was located. The company should have prepared their drivers by viewing a map and finding the park before they even left the warehouse. Being late 45 minutes late because you can’t find a public park in St. Charles in inexcusable.
To make things worse, the delivery guys were EARLY to pick up the chairs which was extremely distracting while we still had guests and were finishing up the ceremony. They pulled the big ugly truck up right behind us and let it run for a couple minutes. Then, still early, they began packing up the chairs.
Over all, Sun Rental was the only frustration/​disappointment of the day — the photo time missed is something we’ll NEVER get back.
