i stopped by on a saturday morning for some bloodwork at the request of my doctor. i waited almost an hour to be seen, but was warned of that in advance. apparently you can make an appointment, however, and those people were seen almost immediately. the waiting area is cramped and definitely no-frills. it was without any magazines(okay, there were a few avon catalogues and a «first»), so bring something to entertain yourself. once inside, the nurse?(health care practitioner) who drew my blood was fast and friendly, and gave me a daffy duck bandaid for my troubles. i don’t usually have any problems with people needing to hunt for my veins or stabbing multiple times, but she seemed extra skilled. i could barely feel the needle. i guess if that’s all you do all day…
