We’ve used Cedarview a number of times and always receive consistent care when it comes to our fur babies. Two years ago we got stuck an extra day in Aruba(I know how horrible) — we were so worried about our four legged kiddos but the owners put us at ease and even made an exception letting us pick up on a Sunday. Today we picked up our three love bugs after a 10 day Hawaiian escape and they were happy, healthy, and squeaky clean. The owners gave us a run down on their stay, «Mackie took a long time to eat… Chloe ate everything… etc.» It is easy to see the owners and staff love and care for the animals under their charge as if they were their own. Also good to see all our pups were at ease with them. I like that it doesn’t seem like a business, rushing to get you in and out the door. They know how important our fluffy family members are.

I have a sister that lives in Bridgeton and decided to kennel my pitbull and chihuahua together at Cedarview. I was impressed from the start. First of all, the kennel smells nice! It doesn’t stink at all which is rare for a kennel. Second, they offer bedding for your cat or dog so you don’t have to bring your own. This is great for me because my pit likes to pee on his bedding when he’s kenneled so we end up throwing whatever bedding we leave him with away. The people that work at Cedarview were all extremely nice. They remembered who I was when I arrived and had a lot to say about how my dogs handled their stay! They also happen to be affordable, which is great! I wish I had a kennel like this near my home!!! Great service, great price, and very clean!

Our dog, Siah, is incredibly important to my wife and I. This is why, when we go away, we choose to board her where we know she’ll be in good hands. My parents have been going to Cedarview ever since I can remember — a variety of my childhood pets have spent many a night here — and for our first pet, we decided to do the same. These guys are on the ball. They’re accommodating to last-minute travelers. They’re very reasonable in price(if you only have to board your pet overnight or for the weekend, you may not even notice the cost). And, best of all, they remember every face(human and animal) and can offer your pet repeated personalized care. The owner, Jack, is extremely personable and friendly — he clearly cares about the animals, and on the rare occasion that something unexpected springs up, he’ll handle it without a second thought.(Our return from our last trip was delayed due to car troubles, and Jack was happy to reassure us that our baby was in safe hands.) Is Cedarview the closest place to our house to board our pets? Nope. But I keep going back, because I know Siah will be just as happy and healthy as when we dropped her off.
