Applebee’s

I am currently waiting for my food and my friend spilled another friends’ drink, the waitress WATCHED her spill it and didn’t return until at least 20 minutes later to give us napkins. I cleaned up the entire mess with help of another customer who gave us napkins. I was passed by at least 3 different waiters and waitresses who didn’t do anything about the mess. The waitress also gave me a regular tea instead of sweet, and told me just to «add sugar». I do not recommend this restaurant if you need anything done quickly or correctly.

Kitchen staff needs a once over. Four consecutive times i have had to send food back, mostly burned chicken but this time raw chicken. Unacceptable service was fantastic and the manager was very professional. To bad the food cant keep up with the front of the house or i would come back.

real slow but they got good onion rings. real pretty, real nice hostess. the waiter was real nice too. took about 5 minutes to get drinks on a real slow day.

Applebee’s is my go to spot for a late night drink special and if I’m in the mood a few appetizers. I enjoy their margaritas and bahama mamas. I usually sit at the bar and the waiters/​waitresses are nice. I am not in love with the food at Applebee’s but hey they make it up w their drinks!

Well first is that it took five minutes just to get my drink order, and another five to get my margarita. I will say that they make a strong drink. That for sure
Wow got onion rings for my appetizer. Which are poorly batter. With no flavor. Fast food Onion ring’s. Have more flavor. when I say Burger Kings taste better. Says alot. if you bit into it then the onion falls out of batter. Plus they don’t give enuff BBQ sauce to .
But my first main was BBQ riblets. We’re plainly simple sauce. Meat does come off the bones. But my second dish is chicken tender’s and surprising it got a great taste without the honey mustard sauce. But the sauce adds extra flavor.
But I was not even satisfied with the waitress. At the young across got there burger before. I got my appetizer. So no tip here. I gives this Applebee’s only to yepper’s and a final note it cost 2 more dollars for margarita with ice that the 4 dollar frozen one.

Been here many times. Each time there is an issue. Hair in food, under cooked chicken, slow service, employees being loud in the dining room. Just not an Applebee’s I’m used to.

Stopped by with colleagues for a quick lunch. We had a bit of a drive in front of us so I decided to keep it classic and go with the bacon burger with sweet potato fries. Burger was ok, fries were perfect. Our hostess was very friendly, pretty young (didn’t know what an Arnold Palmer was, and handled it gracefully!) and overall really making an effort to make us happy.
My colleagues ordered the thai shrimp salad, the oriental grilled chicken salad and a pepper encrusted sirloin with a side of sweet potato fries.
The manager came to let us know that they only had one last batch of sweet potato fries. And was genuinely apologetic. So my colleague chose regular fries instead. No problem!
Overall we had a good experience. The food is typically the same across the chain. The service however I felt was better than most!

One of the worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. Nobody cared about their job. They walked around customers like we were invisible. And I wasn’t the only one upset with your service. I came with in a heartbeat of walking out even after I paid for my carry out, the service is so bad. When I gave him my $ 5 off coupon the manager would not accept it, so that was only for dine in. Didn’t say that on the coupon.

Despite living just a mile away, I hadn’t gone to this place in a few years. A friend told me how Applebee’s as a chain, prepares food and it kinda turned me off, although I’m sure most like restaurants do the same.
My son was in town from Seattle and wanted to have some late evening drinks there (I had taken him there for his first drinks when he turned 21). He, his brother and I had asked for adult beverages. My wife had a diet Pepsi and also ordered a couple appetizers. Our drinks came out alright. The waitress forgot half of the appetizers. By the time she came out with the missing item, us guys were at the bottom of our drinks– which she totally ignored and left the table. She came back a couple times to clear dishes but never asked if we wanted more to drink. I could have asked but wanted to see if she would. Finally, after our drinks had been empty about 45 minutes, she brought the check over.
I could tell she was fair new, but still. Check drinks when you are at a table. We would have had quite a bit more to drink– netting the restaurant more business but no. We paid our bill and left.

Wow… Simply at a loss for words with this Applebee’s!
My family and I enjoy going to Applebee’s for some of our favorites. So sometimes we need to do the curbside togo orders.
Well tonight we received an awful 2^nd attempt. We placed our order at 8:45, arrived at 9:05 to pick it up. We were told we had to go inside to get our food.
The worker said we could pull up to the corner and she’d come out.
She immediately gave an attitude and was rude as hell.
When we got home with our order (we live 5 minutes away) with everything a complete mess. None of the sauces or dressings had lids on them. The wonton tacos came covered in cilantro when I asked for none. The spinach dip was cold and hardly melted at all.
We called after we saw our food and waited 10 minutes on hold for a manager.
The manager hardly apologized, and did not offer to remake anything.
Very disappointed since this is the closest one to us, looks like we will be driving a few miles extra to go to a better one!

I have to give it 5stars because the service was amazing nothing like the apple bees in cape girardeau that almost turned me off apple bees completely that junk. Anyways the food was great. The service amazing I had the spinach and shrimp salad yummy and the shrimp pasta win!!! And for desert I had the fudge all very good my faith restored.

Crooks work here. Was having lunch with my team and as we were wrapping things up I had left my card in the bill valet that they bring to your table. I came back into the store and asked if could get my card and they said they didn’t have it. So I asked for the manager. I asked him if he been given a credit card in the last 5 minutes as I had left mine in the in the bill valet. He stated no he hadn’t. So I asked if could check. He disappeared for ten minutes then came back and said he had a card but it wasn’t mine. Jerk off never asked my name, busted.

Excellent service from host to waitress! Food was good, becoming of the best Applebee’s I’ve been to. Thanks!

Only go here if your close to this location. The food is okay, but servers need to step their game up.
I sat down at the bar for almost 20 minutes before being welcomed.

Had a Great time at this location… My lady took me here for my Birthday! I had the best food and the service was great! Please check out this location tonight!

OK I am so giving it 4 stars. The food is still Applebee’s food but I have discovered the spinach and shrimp salad to be very tasty if you get the insane bacon dressing on the side!
What keeps me coming back is Christeen’s awesome bartending skillz and delicious drinks. (See photos.) She always lets us try new concoctions or gives a small taste to see if we will like something before we order one. Now THAT’s service! I am going to come here every Sunday if I can, although that may be hard now that I have a regular job again and have to get up early on Mondays, hehehe. ;)

It is a dark crowd but the servers and bartender take real good care of you.

I normally don’t do a lot of chain restaurants. I went here to watch the Green Bay Packer game on my way to the airport to fly out of town. The service was rude and inattentive. I called ahead to ask if they had the NFL sunday ticket and they did. When we arrived, I asked for the Packer game to be put on a TV in the bar and the manager changed it for us. Apparently they only know how to put one game on at a time as they changed all 10 TVs to the Packer game. No-​one else in the restaurant seemed to be interested in any of the other games and so there were no complaints. About an hour later, another employee must have started his shift and became upset about the fact that his game wasn’t on and subsequently changed all the TV’s back to a different game.
We complained and he eventually changed it back but then proceeded to wander around the restaurant making snide comments about the Packers with the obvious intention of us overhearing them.
While I support him watching his game (although he was probably supposed to be working), I’m paying to be there and watch a game. If they can’t figure out how to put multiple games on, I would expect the customer’s request to be honored over the employee. His attitude about the whole thing made me pretty upset. I will never go back here.
Food was unmemorable, probably because of the bad experience.

If you go for lunch and some in your group get the unlimited soup and salad special ($ 5.99) ask them if the soup/​salad people can be served immediately. Otherwise, their first serving will come out with the other entrees. So when my friend was just ordering his 2^nd soup/​salad option, I was just finishing my pasta. I probably didn’t want to sit there and watch him eat his whole 2^nd course nor did he want me to sit there and watch him eat. :)
Beside that, they put out some good coupons sometimes. The Chicken Fettucine Carbonara is normally about $ 11.39, and the coupon made it only $ 7.99. Beware though! This entrée, which was a normal-​size portion, was 1100 – 1400 calories, depending on whether you ate the bread stick that came with it. Oops! I will say, however, that this pasta entrée was pretty darn tasty though.

This is the only restaurant I visit on a weekly basis. I am here at least once a week and have been coming here for 3 or 4 years. If you want an awesome bartender who is very nice be sure to come on a Sunday, Monday, or Wednesday night and talk to Christeen. They have very good drink specials and half priced appetizers after 9:30. I normally will wait until 930 to order food and will get a Cheese Quesada. The cheese burger sliders are pretty good also and also on the appetizer menu. While I will not deceive my fellow Unilocalers and tell you that the food is something to write home about generally it is pretty good. If Lee is working the kitchen it is almost always awesome. If you are wanting to watch some sport game it will most likely be on one of the 6 TVs stationed around the bar area.
