Disappointing. Ordered flowers online for a friend who lost a dear pet. She sent me a picture immediately after receiving the flowers (thanking me) and some of the flowers were already completely wilted and the arrangement was sparse. Sent several emails to the florist, along with a picture, expressing dissatisfaction and received No response. Proceed with caution.

My family has used Rudy’s for many years now because of their beautiful flower arrangements and friendly service. I do not get flowers anywhere else. I have never had a disappointing experience with this business.

I’ve ordered from Rudy’s Flower Shop a couple of times now, and they’ve always blown me away with their quality and service. My girlfriend works in Bridgeport, while I live in Massachusetts, so it means a lot to be able to do little things like send her flowers while we’re apart. I’ve always been able to count on Rudy’s for good work and incredibly fast delivery. If you have any issues, you can just call them; they’re friendly and happy to help. I cannot possibly recommend this business highly enough.
