This place has definitely gone down hill over the last few years. It was a rare visit after not having entered the store in years and the decline was evident in more than just the stock.
Went in looking for a mattress topper and asked the girls standing at the desk. My mother was hoping someone would step from behind the desk and point us to it, but neither girl made a move. I don’t usually care, but when the store is empty a little extra customer service for your only custom just looks like you care. Obvious they didn’t care.
Prices seemed fair enough especially around the holiday season, but you’d almost be better off going to JC Penny’s
