A1 Sparkles Cleaning

I have hired these guys to do carpet and furniture cleaning at two different homes — both jobs were done quickly and professionally for a great price. I would definitely recommend them.

I spoke to Fey to schedule an initial move-​in/​heavy duty cleaning as well as vent and carpet cleaning. It was a little short notice but she worked with me to find dates and times that worked.
It then became a little frustrating. Maybe there was a miscommunication. I had written down and in my iCal the earliest the cleaners would be there was 2pm. She called at 1:15 and said that the cleaners had been waiting so we rushed home.
The cleaners were only there for two hours and we were charged $ 120 which seemed reasonable. I was very clear about what needed to be done — inside and outside of cabinets, outside of appliances, outside and inside of fridge as I discussed on the phone. After a few days when we were starting to unpack our kitchen, I started to discover how gross our fridge and cabinets were — pretty much untouched.
The carpet cleaning was ok. The carpets were in bad shape so I don’t know if it even helped or not. The duct cleaning for 13 vents was $ 515, which was also higher than I was quoted over the phone and I was told later that price is extremely high.
If you need a regular cleaning company, they might be fine, but would not recommend for intensive move-​in cleaning services!!!
Follow up. After some continuing issues we had with our vents and ductwork, we had another company come in to re-​clean. They drilled a hole into the system and literally sucked everything out. I think it was close or maybe slightly cheaper than what A1 charged. The techs asked when the last cleaning was. We told them 2 months ago and they couldn’t believe it. They said our ducts had a ton of build up and wondered what had actually been done during the cleaning. Would not recommend for duct cleaning either.

I called A1 Sparkles about 2 weeks ago. They came out that day to give an estimate and 2 days later cleaned our carpets. There was a huge stain 1 ft by 3ft. We actually thought we would have to install new carpet.
The stain is completely gone and the place looks great. They were extremely professional and exactly on time. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone.

HORRIBLE customer service! Girl who picks up phone does not speak much English and speaks so loudly I had to hold the phone 5 inches away from my ear. The guy who called me back had some kind of nasty chip on his shoulder for no reason. No worries, we will take our business ELSEWHERE!

When it comes to carpet cleaning services, A1Sparkles is top-​notch. I was apprehensive as I found these people via a valupak of coupons. You never really know what you are going to get when you contacts those vendors.
I a happy to have found A1. I am pleased they use green cleaning supplies. And… PET-​SAFE!
They were prompt and punctual. They were professional and courteous. Most, importantly, they were very efficient and thorough.
It cost $ 400 to clean nearly 2000 sq. feet or tri-​level townhouse white carpet. It was quite a bit of space and the job was completed in 2 hours.
A1 does great work, are professional, prompt and quick. Hire them!

it’s been only a week since they cleaned my carpet but so far so good. They did a very good job, were punctual, professional and honest (I left the guy home alone when he was cleaning!)
Most of all it is pets-​friendly!
