The good news is that there is a large choice of food. Unfortunately the menu is confusing and the waitress seemed not to be able to explain the different varieties of food or make any substitutions. The atmosphere is the best part of the place because I have had much better vegetarian food. I want to try it again and see if I have better food next time since there were so many things to choose from.

Casual rustic setting. The food was very disappointing. I ordered flounder and it was flavorless, the mac and cheese was nothing special. The arugula salad was just fine. Have had better meals in the Golden Pear. Would not go back! Don’t know all the fuss is about.

Had a great experience at this organic, fresh FARM to TABLE restaurant! Menu has something for everyone. The organic chicken was excellent, as well as the roasted root vegetables. Loved the atmosphere, décor and general vibe of this place… will definitely be back!

Happy to be a Fresh regular! Whether placing a pickup order to bring back to the office or sitting down for a great dinner, this place is wonderful. One of the best kept secrets… Happy hour! ½ price drinks and food at the bar 7 days a week(yes, even in the summer!) from 4 to 6 pm. An absolute steal considering the high quality food Fresh always produces. Great menu with so many conscious, healthy options whether you’re a meat lover or vegan. There’s something for everyone. Staff is great and the environment is absolutely beautiful. Quiet, rustic, yet still a very high end feeling. You’re truly missing out until you’ve given this place a try. Who doesn’t love it FRESH?!

I enjoyed our meal at Fresh Hamptons — Farm to Table style restaurant. We had roasted chicken with several sides of in season vegetables. All was prepared well. Fresh tasting and enjoyable. Portions were small for family style plates and pricing was on the high side — even for the Hamptons. And I’m sure you don’t hear this much but service was kind of overkill. It was a slow night and there must about 6 waiters and 3 tables dining. Every 5 minutes a waiter would come to our table asking if we needed anything. Was pretty disruptive …

Stopped by for lunch. We shared the duck roll and wouldn’t recommend it. We each had a warm spinach salad — one with salmon the other had chicken. They were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Bellini was nice and we will try again for dinner. Atmosphere is very pleasant and the service was fine.

Service was appalling. There were only three tables in the restaurant and it felt like we were purely an annoyance to the middle aged female waitress. Not to mention the length of time and requests it took to finally complete our lunch(cutlery, dessert menu, drinks). I understand it is all fresh but food is well overpriced for the sizes you receive. Upsetting because we drove especially here to have an enjoyable experience.

Calamari and kale salad were good, music was nice. But I’m very disappointed with the service here. Went on a Monday night, Erin was the bartender. Order came out right, but her customer service was terrible. Mt friend asked 3 times for a glass if water which Erin kept forgetting. She was all smiles and checking in with all other customers, we got none of that. And I’m a very generous patron but this place lost my business. Especially for who bar tends on a Monday

Food was really really overpriced and comes with no sides. Food was bland. Restaurant was dark and not“FRESH”. I eat out frequently and this is one restaurant that I would truly never consider returning to. Do yourself a favor and eat at home or elsewhere

I had high hopes for this place. I always love a farm to table place. The menu looked so good and walking in the place looked great. Was very disappointed. Food had nothing to it at all. No flavor whats so ever. Everything we ordered was BLAND and lacked any excitement whats so ever. Was really surprised.

After a long drive from the city, we were excited to stop in for our first meal of vacation, something healthy and delicious according to the website and prior Unilocal reviews. Sadly, we were really disappointed with the experience and the food. The service: Perhaps they were not prepared for a Tuesday lunch crowd, about 8 tables. It took quite a while to order our food, and we waited about 45 minutes to actually get our food. When it did arrive, they forgot one of our orders. There were two people, and one actually kept reprimanding the other, which was very awkward to witness. The food: not worth the wait. The chicken wrap was a bunch of romaine with a couple pieces of chicken in there, 1 sundried tomato, and I think they forgot the dressing. I wanted to get more dressing on the side but it was impossible to ask for an extra like this with the terrible service; you could not get their attention unless you walked up to them. Definitely not worth $ 18; make your own chicken wrap at home. The organic red quinoa side which was supposed to be with«local organic carrots, parsley and garlic» actually came with shriveled up peas, which did not look«Fresh». The grilled vegetables(the order they forgot) were wilted and over grilled with no flavor. I put balsamic and olive oil on them to flavor them myself and threw them into the tasteless quinoa. The veggie burger was the best thing we ordered which was very tasty with a multigrain roll and coleslaw. Not sure if we had our«Fresh Hamptons» goggles on and it just seemed great compared to the other flavorless dishes. It was the redeeming part of lunch though. Another positive is the woodsy décor with some cool art pieces on the walls. And they did not charge us for the grilled vegetables which they forgot initially and came out at the end of our meal. I think this place has promise but has some work to do on the service and the food. I won’t be going back.

My family always comes here! Always a great meal and always something to please everyone. Beautiful ambiance, all organic and fresh. The red lentil curry, the shrimp pad thai, the gluten free mac and cheese, the omelets and calamari … all so delicious. Their cocktails are amazing too! I’ve only ever had one dud — the fried zucchini blossoms with goat cheese — which we complained about and got removed from our bill no question. Our server that night was very understanding. Highly recommended :)

We have wanted to try this fresh new restaurant since it opened last year. Very diverse menu with something for everyone. .vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc. We ordered fried calamari for starters. …excellent. My main, hangar steak, came out luke warm. Husband’s organic chicken was excellent. I ate his. Organic roasted root vegetables were good. Will have to try this place for lunch. I did leave very full. Service was excellent.

Our server, Dear, was fun. She made us a great smoothie and gave us laughs. The french onion soup with local gruyère was tasty. The food, juices, and smoothies are always great.

I don’t care what other reviewers are saying. I’m here on a Saturday for brunch/lunch and this places rocks! They have tons of raw vegan options(yay for me!), the food is fresh, and delicious. They brought out freshly baked rolls; I had the multigrain and yummmm, it was hot and perfect. The olive oil on table was an excellent olive oil, you could feel the peppery feeling in your throat. Delish. I had two rolls! The raw kale salad was PERFECTLY seasoned, with fresh crunchy veggies and a great dressing. I enjoyed a chocolate make your own smoothie– also delicious, thick and creamy. I checked to ensure the milk was organic/unsweetened, and it was– that’s always a plus! This place is fantastic. Neighsayers — I can’t imagine why. The servers were attentive and personable. I’m very happy, and will be back again! Bonus: I say by the window overlooking a lovely veggie garden. Thank you, Fresh, for making this world a cleaner and better place. ;)

This place should be 5 stars! Given the lack of truly organic and quality restaurants in the area, Fresh Hamptons is a stand out. Servers were excellent and I even spoke with the manager about my son’s allergies, and they were very accommodating. Food is very fresh in a nice California way — reminded me of local, organic restaurants at home in San Francisco. We tried the roasted chicken, short ribs, sides of rice, spinach, beets, shitake mushrooms. The food is amazing. Everything was great. Foodies from the San Francisco area will appreciate. The kids had gluten free mac and cheese, with a great chicken soup starter and homemade ice cream and sorbet for dessert. Love the gluten free options, really helped our kid who is gluten sensitive. Love the organic sourcing and love how they write where the meat is sourced from. We came back after a whole year, and if we’re ever in the area, we are coming back again.

If you’re a foodie and care about the QUALITY of your food, this is the best place to eat in the Hamptons. We had the following dishes and each one was delicious to amazing, but especially the flounder, fingerling potatoes(really good!), & lentil soup: — Raw organic kale salad — Pan-seared Salmon — Hemp-Flour Crusted Flounder — Burger — Kohlrabi — Seared fingerling potatoes — Lentil & coconut soup I wish this place was located in the city where there are a lot more people who can appreciate this quality.

Fail. Waited 1+ hour for soup and salad. Did they wait for lettuce to grow? Serious attitude problem with the severs. There are enough good places to eat out here… avoid this one. Ps creepily dark as well.

I don’t get why the reviews for this place aren’t better. This place has a great bar and wonderful efficient bar service by Erin — even when it’s busy. The hostesses were sweet and friendly. It’s the only organic restaurant with vegetarian and vegan options that I could find in Sag Harbor. I had the five side dishes platter. The glazed carrots were so tasty. My friend had gluten free Mac n cheese and some fish that he loved. It is NOT overpriced. Organic costs more. Servers are friendly, as is the dining manager. Nice clean bathrooms and a big parking lot. As a Manhattanite visiting here for a week — what’s not to love? I’ll visit at least twice more before my vacation is up. Hours listed on Unilocal may not be accurate. Call first.
