Firestone Complete Auto Care

When I first got there I was looking for a spot so I could go in and talk to the receptionist. Upon looking for a spot I was almost hit by this crazy driver — he was driving so fast in a small parking lot. Come to find out that the person driving that vehicle was a mechanic there and it was a customers car!
I came in to get my tire plugged up from a nail that punctured it. I’ve gotten plenty of nails in tires before and I knew this was repairable. After 20+ minutes they said my tire was not repairable, they put the spare on for me — no charge which was nice. I left the damaged tire there so I could find another tire.
I got a call the next day and it was them saying that they fixed my tire. Thank god right? Well I went there got my tire fixed and on my way to my parents house — another nail in another tire !!! Just my luck or could they have put it there? I don’t know, but how strange.
On top of that the mechanic who had my keys broke my Alex & Ani key chain and only said sorry.
To end this very long review, I will not be going back to this place.

I just recently relocated to the area and was looking for an oil change and basically a complete auto care center.
Came across this place and I have to say that service was friendly and to the point. they will try to your service done as soon as possible.
From my two visits, and many more to come… it seems like they are pretty good people who are not trying to rip you off or recommend unnecessary service for you car.
