I seriously love this place!!! It’s our go to spot for Sunday breakfast. The service is great and efficient. They serve you super fast and always there to refill whatever is empty(coffee, water). The food is always tasty. I highly recommend this spot.

Went out to sat dinner with the family, friends have told us great place for Italian food but we were surprised To see no Italians, we were seated pretty fast and we order some wine, nice selection maybe the only decent thing, so our food, all of our Food came out wrong and the one dish chicken parmigiana was dry and burnt, my son dropped his toy under the table so I used my light on phone to see it under the table, THERUGISFILTHY, THERUGISFILTHY, no wonder they keep the lights so low, won’t be back

We had a party for my new born son here. We have been there plenty of times for brunch and dinner and have never had a bad meal or service. Well today was not the same I am sad to say. The party included 65 people and 5 kids under the age of 5 and one adult that couldn’t eat. When we talked to the manager in the beginning to set up the party we agreed that we would not pay for the 1 adult and 5 children since they would not be eating(much). During the party the wait staff was very nice and accommodated but the manager was very rude a few times. Then when we went to pay for the party the manager tried charging us for the 1 adult and 5 kids and after goin back and forth we agreed to pay half because otherwise there would have been awkward fight and there were other patrons in the restaurant. I am not sure if I will be returning here in the future.

My mom and I went here yesterday for Mother’s Day. We had a reservation — every table was packed and people were waiting outside. It took 50 minutes to get our food, and that’s because we were only two people. The table of 6 next to us said they waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for their food. I was served the wrong burger. The manager was nearby so we brought it to his attention. His response was«You’ll have to wait a long time for a new one.» I ate the burger I was given, but was shocked that he did not even offer an apology. The table next to us also had errors in their order. Our waiter was apologetic and said how busy the kitchen was — but they should be prepared for an event such as Mother’s Day. He took our two drinks off the bill, which was nice of him. However, I will not be going back. This place used to be better years ago. The last time I was here, they also messed up my order and did not include pesto in my wrap — it was just a wrap with chicken and some veggies and no sauce — very dry.

My family and I went today for Mother’s Day. I am well aware that many places are extremely busy on holidays so I expected to wait for a little while however; I did not expect to wait for over an hour with a reservation and to be treated with such disrespect. I had called a week prior to make a reservation. The person that I spoke to said that they were offering a breakfast brunch and a lunch brunch in addition to their regular menu. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation time figuring that it would be crowded and we would have to wait, but we could at least get checked in. The host was so incredibly rude when we checked in. Very abrupt and told us that there were no reservations because it was Mother’s Day and«What do we expect?» I gave him the name of the person who took my reservation over the phone and asked what the point of making a reservation was if they weren’t going to honor it. He snapped at me that it would be at least 25 minutes to be seated and that he couldn’t make people leave any faster. As we sat there waiting for over an hour, we heard numerous other people approach him with the same story and get the same nasty response. Finally, I approached him again after he sat two other large parties(who arrived after us) and he arranged a place for us. When we sat I did not see the lunch brunch menu I was told about on the phone. The waiter explained that it was only available for regular brunches and that I had been given wrong information. We ordered and the food was very good, I will give them that however; we had to ask for table settings, bread and oil at least three times before getting them. As we were leaving, the waiter approached me and said, «Come back for a regular brunch, you will be impressed.» I told him that I understood that everyone was busy and things get that way on holidays which is understandable however; there was no reason for us to be treated as if we were a burden or like they were doing us a favor by serving us. We will not be back because of the poor customer service and complete disrespect on their part. It is a shame too, the food was really delicious.

First time here and it was delicious ! We were warmly greeted by the host and sat right away. Our waiter was a sweetheart ! He was friendly, attentive and gave suggestions. The bread basket was fresh and warm. I had the fish with lobster tail. No complaints ! It was fresh, good quality and tasty. The cheesecake was yummy. Defiantly will be back again!

Went here this past summer with a party of 12 or so. Service was excellent for the amount of people we had dining. Food was genuinely good, not great but good enough to go back if I’m ever in the area again. The fact that Terra Rustica offers family sized dishes was of great help for our party.

We have been here multiple times for lunch. The seafood salad is always good. This past time the veal sorrentino had very little veal. Unfortunately the waiter and manager would not accept our coupon stating that the coupons were not being taken this week due to the holidays. There was no fine print on the coupon nor within the restaurant. While the waiter admitted that the coupon should be honored, he referred us to the manager who was a jerk. He stated that he wasn’t going to lose his job over a coupon and reiterated that the owner said no coupons would be honored. He handled the situation so poorly that we will never return.

Party of six and we were seated right away. Service was prompt food was fresh and tasty. That said we all played it safe but over all everyone was happy. Enough food to take home so that’s always good. We tried this place a few years ago and left before having a chance to eat… so we decided let’s try again and happy we did. We will be back and I will update my review and possibly my rating.

We just went to this restaurant for the first time and we probably won’t be going back: 1) my food tasted like it had soap on it. The bread was old. 2) the people on the table next to us started smoking and when we asked the manager to kindly request the guests to put away the cigarette, the manager went to their table and blamed us for the request to stop smoking!!!(Btw, smoking in restaurants in New York is illegal and there was no need to include us in the request to put away the cigarette. How about saying: smoking is against our restaurant policy?) 3) no gestures were made by the restaurant to indicate that the issue was handled poorly. It even seemed that they were annoyed to have to ask the table next to us to stop smoking. 4) the owner did not speak with us even though we requested it If zero stars was an option, I would have opted for that.

Honestly, it wasn’t good. Baked clams appetizer were decent, but each of the 3 dinner courses my family and I ordered were terrible. Two chicken dishes came with no flavor and tasted almost frozen. The mussels which are supposed to be a specialty were overcooked. Not best showing for terra rustica

Really consistent flavorful Italian food. The Spezzato Di Pollo con Carciofi E Rosmarino is really good — it’s a bit expensive(for chicken), but great taste. The tiramisu is delicious. Our order was takeout — the food held up really well in transit.

Overpriced food with mediocre décor and slow service. Do not honor their coupons, deceitful advertising. There are few things more embarrassing than taking guests to a restaurant, discreetly using coupons that you think are valid and then the waiter questioning and not allowing your coupon in front of your guests.

Not much to look at from the outside, which has always held be back going in. But it always seemed super busy so kind of reluctantly gave dinner a go. We had a great meal and look forward to going back. Food was good, service was good. Got a spot outside, which only really looks out at the car park/road, was still nice to be outside. Tried one of the specials which was good. Would go back and pleased to find a place I can walk to.

Came here for father’s day last sunday with my bother and my family. Food was decent. waaaaay too much horseradish in the bloody marks. The service was horrific. Slooooooooooooow as hell. Served my son & daughter pancakes and had no clue they might want syrup. Took 15 minutes to get it. At least we had a good time with the family…

Easily the best breakfast/brunch in Westchester. Waiters are fantastic, and the food choices are plentiful. Whether you are looking to eat healthy-ish(turkey bacon, the best made poached eggs anywhere, omletes, oatmeal with bananas/cinnamon/brown sugar, real maple syrup, salads) or decadently(corned beef hash, raspberry marscapone cheese for your traditional or challah French toast/pancakes/waffles, eggs Benedict and the like), they have something for you. And the prices are equal to or less than diner prices — you can’t go wrong. Before 11am, they have breakfast/brunch specials as well. Funnily enough, we rarely go for dinner, so I can’t comment on that.

Never had a bad experience here. I crave that herb oil with the bread assortment. Delicious drinks. Excellent customer service. The only thing bad about this place is the upright customers. This place is always full of yuppies, which isn’t surprising given the location. The food is worth it, though. I just wish westchester wasn’t so full of bored soccer moms in their gym clothes sipping on mimosas.

A nice, cozy, family-style Italian restaurant with good atmosphere and better food. As I’m currently living in Austin, I don’t get the same level of Italian that you do in the northeast. As a consequence, whenever I’m in DC, NY, Boston or wherever I try to get some good Italian. I was grabbing dinner with a coworker and he said this was where he went for good Italian. I was not disappointed. At first I was shocked by the prices, but I found out that it was Wednesday and that was«pasta night» where they had a bunch of pastas and soup for $ 15 instead of the usual $ 19 – 25. I got the Linguini Berlin – but don’t ask me what it had to do with Germany, I’ve got no idea – which was linguini with scallops and mussels in an alfredo sauce. It was stunningly good. The scallops were perfectly cooked, the mussels were delicious an the pasta was actually al dente. The other highlight was the bread that came out before dinner. There were 3 different kinds and all of them were clearly freshly baked. Dipping them in the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and pepper flakes basically served as a better appetizer than you can order at a lot of places. I’ve I’m back up in the general area, I’ll definitely be back.

I have been here twice now — both times in the pouring rain — for a fast business lunch and in both cases, had a pasta dish that was quite good. My stays were short, and only had a soda, so I cannot go into detail as much as I would like. The interior décor and ambience are tastefully relaxing and cozy, and the exterior photo I provided does not do the restaurant justice. There is seating outside around the back for better weather. Fresh baked bread was on the table with some flavored oil for dipping. I was greeted warmly and service was prompt and efficient. It seems like a great meeting/gathering spot spot for friends. It is on my short list to try for dinner. I suggest you give it a try in the meantime!
