We had Sandcreek Pools do the rockwork for our pond walls and waterfall.(It’s a big pond) The work that they did design wise and installation wise was second to none. The waterfall has such a soothing and pleasant sound. We don’t have a pool but if we wanted one, we would certainly contact the Barrs!

Needed a spa replaced… Steve was great at helping me decide on what we needed and made it all happen but when I called with some issues that I was experiencing .it .took forever to get a call back…-then after 6 months when I started having more problems, no response at all. It’s one thing to say you are to busy to fix a problem or refer someone to help but no call, no email… not professional-I wasn’t even asking for anything done for free; I would have been happy to pay them for their labor. And now this person is the Vice Major of Brentwood. again .not professional at all!!.

I am sorry that the poster was not pleased with Sandcreek Pools… I had nothing but AWESOME service from Steve and his crew! From the beginning to the end we got incredible service from Steve and his wife and at times felt like we were dealing with friends. Steve is so personable and you feel like you don’t need to worry which is nice since we all know how big an expense of getting a pool can be. We did our research on local pool builders and talked to friends and heard MANY good things about their product and their workmenship. Another thing I like about this company is that when there were a few things that needed to be taken care of, they were RIGHTONTOPOFIT! I am sorry that Annetta did not have as good as an experience as my friends and I did. It really is a good company!
