Robin Nelson – Windermere Ellsworth & Associates

Bryce Ellsworth is one of the rudest business people I have ever had darken my doorway. He does not return phone calls, has his office personnel run interference for him when he doesn’t want to deal with an issue, hangs up on people, threatens them with being arrested for complaining about the poor condition of a house he has listed, and asks condescending questions like «What makes you think it is the Real Estate agents responsibility for the condition of a house?»
Well Bryce, I think as the LISTING AGENT, it should be, if not your responsibility, your concern.
Why should you be allowed to profit from allowing your listed houses to go into disrepair and create an eyesore and security issue for a neighborhood. If you lived in that neighborhood, YOU would want the agent, whose name is plastered all over the sign in front of the house, to do something about it.
You are a disgrace to your profession.

Bryce Ellsworth was the listing for a property in Blackhawk, CA. He rudely hung up on my twice! When I attempted to ask for his realtors license he hung up again.
This broker/​agent is unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complain with the Board of Realtors! Looks like this Windemere Ellsworth & Associates is already proving to be lacking in the customer service department per the previous review!

The review is specific to an agent in the office– Robin Nelson. This woman is far from a real estate professional. Over promise and under deliver should be her slogan. Our experience was horrible customer service and serious lack of dedication to our property and no results. She had the nerve to tell us «your not my only customer». I would NEVER recommend her nor this office again to anyone. Past experience with Bryce Ellsworth was great but the bad with this person far outweighs the good.
