Went in for a scheduled Brazilian wax. This wasn’t my first wax, but my first Brazilian wax wasn’t thee best. Here at MADE I had an amazing experience. Oh mind you I am 35 week pregnant and Jackie made it very comfortable for me and she was very thorough and she took herring with me. I have to say it wasn’t as painful at all. She was very patient with me and went back for any hairs she didn’t get. By far THEE best Brazilian wax I’ve had! I am most definitely coming back after my pregnancy and once my doctor says it’s alright to go get waxed again! Shout out to Jackie for making it a great and less painful experience!

I had my makeup done by Patricia for a wedding I was attending. She listened to what I said about not wanting to look over done. She asked for my feedback during application which made me happy. I am now growing out my eyebrows because of a quick consultation during my appt. I can’t wait to get my brows done. The salon was clean and comfortable and relaxing… I will for sure be back!

Omg. Patricia is a awesome lady with wonderful knowledge and great teaching skills on your makeup. Her product is amazing. It did wonders for me and change my look to be more up to date looking. I’m 67 and walked out of there feeling like a princess but not made up to look like im going to a mascarade party. I’m so glad my cousin took me there. Her prices are very fair. No different than Ulta or Sephora except you get excellent one on one help. She is kind, helpful, funny and knows her stuff. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to Patricia and MADE for a while now. Honestly the BEST eyebrow tint/​wax experience I’ve ever had. I also recently had Patricia do my makeup for New Years Eve, and WOW it was much more than I had expected. She’s simply amazing! Won’t go anywhere else, this place is a gem!

I just can’t rave more about how great Patricia is. She did my make up for all my wedding events including my wedding. She made me look amazing and knew exactly what colors would look good on me. She’s not only a great makeup artist but she’s so personable. I feel like we have been friends for years: D I love all the made makeup line. My favorite is the icy orchid lipstick (which i wore on my wedding day and i still wear it everyday). I also love the gardenia roll on fragrance, it seriously smells like a actual gardenia. Oh… and the concealer is AMAZING!!! I will be a lifetime customer with great customer service, awesome makeup line and brow waxing. Patricia called me to apologize and schedule a follow up appointment. I ended up going in and meeting Patricia at my 2^nd appointment. Everything was so perfect, I walked in and Sierra was ready for me, the place was super clean and very relaxing. I brought my daughter with me that afternoon, since we came in shortly after lunch time my daughter had her lunch with her and Patricia made us feel so comfortable. Patricia and Sierra know their stuff! This boutique is definitely the place to go when you want to get MADE up!

I can’t say enough about MADE and Patricia. This place is a hidden secret. I am 51 years old and my make up was making me feel and look older. I only bought the best but nothing was helping. I originally went for waxing and kinda peeked over when Patricia was helping a cute young girl get her make up done before an event. I exchanged a few words with Patricia and said I hated my make up. No pressure — she said come in and see me and I can help you like your make up and results again. Well I did and couldn’t be happier. The make up is amazing (I will only get my make up at Made from now on) and the tricks she showed me are working.

Coming here always feels like hanging with girlfriends. It reminds me of the movie Steel Magnolias. It’s a hearty shop. You don’t see that anymore. Plus Patricia the owner is super talented and knowledgeable. She’s is definitively someone you keep forever. Not to mention Sienna does a mean eyebrow wax/​tint. Today was my third time going to Sienna and she will definitively be my go to person. Finding someone to do eyebrows is not easy. So glad I found her.

First time going to MADE. Love it! Sierra takes her time waxing your eyebrows. My brows are not shaped very well do to previous repeat bad experience at other salons rushing to wax my brows. Sierra was able to work with what had grown back. Then let me know what she would be doing in the upcoming months to get the back on track for the correct shape before my wedding! Defiantly will be going back. Everyone in the shop is extremely nice, they go above and beyond to answer and y questions or concerns you may have.

My first experience at MADE was about a year ago. My mom and I went in off of the referral of a friend to get eyelash extensions done. They came out awesome! Patricia is such a sweetie and knows her art well :) (Just be cautious when they start falling out not to pull them off ’cause your real ones will come with it too– which she warned us about) While I was there I noticed her awesome display of makeup so I asked if she did weddings…
Skip forward to October, Patricia was my makeup artist for the big day. She drove out to Walnut Creek to do my mom and my makeup bright and early on a Saturday morning. My makeup looked AMAZING!!! I felt beautiful and not too caked on. After partying my butt off all night we had brunch and I swear my makeup looked exactly as it did when she finished!
The morning of my wedding I was a ball of nerves (highly unusual for me), and Patricia was sooo good at noticing when my mind got carried away. She would just tell me to take a deep breath and relax so I could calm my energy.
She also has her own makeup and skin care line which I highly recommend :)
All in all, MADE is fantastic and specifically Patricia! She is so friendly and easy to talk to… makes everyone feel like a long time friend.

Patricia did the makeup for my engagement photos and my wedding day. She is an amazing makeup artist and an even more wonderful person. She did a trial of my wedding makeup and it was so much fun! On my wedding day, she did makeup for my bridesmaids, my mother, my daughter and myself. She made us feel like princesses! As the bride, I was really anxious and had a hard time relaxing. Patricia really got me calmed down so I could focus on my special day. I would recommend her to EVERYONE! She has made a lifelong customer out of me.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I went in today for first time for eyelashes and Patricia did a great job, not only did she apply my eyelashes she also apply some make up just so I did not have to finish my errands bare faced and she did an excellent job. She gave me some great make up poiints that work for my skin and coloring. My daughter is getting married in August and we will be going in for make up consulations for the big event. The shop is clean and stylish. I got to meet her associate as well as Patricia mom was there. I felt so comfortable and relaxed… it was a great experience and I will be going back!

Patricia is amazing! I came in to her store on a Saturday extremely curious of what her store was about and she welcomed me in and explained a few products and services. She them offered us to sit down try a few items so we did, she then asked me a few questions about my skin régime and acne. She was so eager to help me and even offered me some generous sized samples to take home. Sure enough two weeks later as I was running out and really tested the face wash, moisturizer, and eye cream I came running back. I really noticed a huge difference in my face, the acne was decreased, irritation was gone, and my skin was becoming smooth to touch. After a month with her products I was feeling confident to not even wear make up and just wear sunscreen and run out the door. I was so happy that she mentioned her skin care line to me and allowed me to test it out before purchase. I defiantly will be coming soon as I come closer to running out.

I made an appointment for makeup and eyelash extensions a week and a half before the date I wanted to come in. When I went in I was told that she was all out of the long black eyelashes because of prom. She attempted to apply the short brown eyelashes instead. Bad decisions because they looked like you know what! She was very apologetic and continued to insist that wasn’t her work, WRONG! It was your work because 1 my appointment was scheduled in advance 2 you should keep all products in stock and 3 you shouldn’t cater to high school kids.
If the owner reads this, this review is obviously only based on my first and last visit to your establishment. There seems to be people that enjoy going to you so I hope you take this review as corrective criticism and step your game up. No need to comment back, it wont matter
