I hit something on the road while driving on 880 freeway a few weeks ago and my car insurance provider (Mercury Auto Insurance) used this independent appraisal company and I had the worst time. This company was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. They didn’t properly communicate with myself or the auto repair shop with the estimate in a timely matter. I ended up having to pay the entire auto repair cost instead of just my deductible. They didn’t even have the courtesy to make a follow up call. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.
