The selection at Hollister is pretty decent, I could get 2 maybe 3 shirts from there, they mostly have a clearance aisle in the back, the inside is beach themed, and prices here are a bit cheaper than its sister store, Abrecombie and Fitch. I usually go there when there is a sale because they lower their prices by 30% and 50%. I hope this place does not close down, because they closed down some stores in the brentwood area.

This store is so great and organized! Always good music played there. The staff are very friendly. I love Hollister brand. Their sizes and style are great. I always find something to buy when I’m walking in.

Like the store but the workers here are rude. I was standing by the register and the girl said are you ready or what? No I’m just standing by the register to stare at you. Of course I’m ready. The guy pretty much threw the receipt and my bag at me. So rude.

I loveeee this hollister. They have the cutest selection. Also I’ve never had any bad experience with any employee. Always really clean

Love the store, but the selection kinda sucks here. the employees have gotten friendlier & the place is a little darker than other Hollister stores, but it’s comfortable. The sale & clearance prices are good, when you can actually find something cute in your size here. Other Hollister stores have massive sale & clearance sections, this one only has a couple items. Very strange.

If you want to be completely ignored by employees and then get attitude when you ask a question, this is your place. The staff here consists of a collection of brainless cheerleader wannabes and male posers who are more interested in personal conversations and how fabulous they look instead of actually giving a sh*t about customers. When I was there ½/14, the chick at the register never said«thank you», took a phone call during my transaction and then failed to remove the security tag. When«poser dude» at the door escorts me back to the register, «cheerleader wannabe» gives me this look like«what are YOU doing back here?» then just shrugs and mumbles an insincere«sorry» after discovering her error. Okay, Barbie, you may now resume your banter with Ken, cuz I’m like totally outta here!

Don’t expect the greatest customer service here. They pretty much just greet you(if that) and then continue on talking about the next party they all want to attend to. The clothes are alright. Pretty expensive for something they always have every season. They only thing they change is MAYBE the colors. Don’t forget to bring a gas mask and a flashlight. This one time I thought I bought a red sweater but it actually turned out hot pink. Either I’m really color blind or they need new lights!

I was looking for a Anniversary gift not related to the typical Chocolate, Jewelery, Flowers, or Gift Cards for my 11 th Anniversary. My wife is the type of person to say«you don’t have to get anything», but when you show up empty handed; I feel like you should of least gotten a card. I was actually looking for the Banana Republic, but stumbled upon the Hollister Co. I wanted to get Jeans and possibly a top for the Wifey. The store had a Skinny Jeans sale and also ½ of all Hoodies and Sweaters. The Skinny Jeans were also ½ off and there was a large selection of Sweaters. Being a «dude» I was looking for some help and maybe some one to show me around a bit. There were 2 people on the floor, but were too into organizing and straightening. I wound up finding a pair of Jeans and a Red Hoodie on my own. I actually had to «flag» a girl down to assist me. She was Friendly and rang me and I was out in no time. Unfortunately, I have to swap the Jeans because I goofed on the size. Good thing I kept the receipt and tags. At least Wifey likes the Hoodie and wears it often.

I used to work here when we first opened and I loved it. Now. I can’t stand to be in there!!! Music too loud? Don’t care. The fact that this hollister is like 50x darker makes it impossible to see anything even more so than the other stores. The old staff was extremely friendly… now whenever I walk into the store they don’t even give you the stupid tagline they’re supposed to say everytime someone walks in. Very rude female employees, and the guys who work there seem to think they’re on a throne because they… work at Hollister. 2 stars.

Duuuuuuuude, wanna catch a killer waaaaaaave?! Umm, no. How about shredding? Still, no. Yeaaaaah, so this store is much like it’s parent(AF) but for surfers. While this is not my scene and I’m probably too old to shop in here anyway but for what it’s worth it is fashionable. I guess that counts in the grand scheme of things :)

I’m so glad they finally have a Hollister store in Brentwood. Love the clothes, the price and the staff are friendly. Since they’ve opened, I have already purchased tons of sweat pants, hoodies, shirts, and accessories. Jeans are too small though and great for narrow/small/extra petite backsides. LOL. I need Seven for All Mankind. =0) One thing though is that when you walk in, all the young staff say, «What’s Aaaahhp(emphasis on the Up)???» LOL OMG!!! Kinda irritating cause it’s so fake. I wish they could be more creative with their greeting. LOL Great sales and they always have my size. I can’t wait for BEBE or Abercrombie so I don’t have to drive to Concord or Dublin to get the cologne for hubby.
