I’ve hired Brian for two different jobs and he is fantastic! A couple years ago, he refinished our hardwood floor that nobody else would touch, they said that it couldn’t be fixed… Brian fixed it perfectly! We then removed a very large brick fireplace that left a gaping hole in our living room floor. He matched the hardwood and blended in the new flooring perfectly. I would and will be using Brian again. He’s also very trustworthy, we left on a family trip while he was working in our home.

Found Brian via Craigslist. He is so personable and really knows his stuff. His rates are reasonable as well. My oak floor is gorgeous, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for floor installation/​refinishing etc.

I reached out to Brian Evans of Evans Flooring for a quick turn project that needed to be completed before Thanksgiving! Not only was super friendly, he was super fast in laying almost 1000 sq feet of flooring in less than 4 days! His work is impeccable and clean. He went the extra mile to ensure I understood what he was going to do (even recommending how best to set the direction of the floor for esthetics!)
He works alone or alongside his father so I felt safe that there would not be a large crew tracking in dirt, etc.
When we get around to doing our upstairs flooring, I will be definitely calling on his services again!
