Burger King

Extremely ghetto, slow-​paced, and full of mistakes. To top it off, the manager offered another person who waited a free order of fries, but when I asked her, she replied «You weren’t waiting.» When I refuted my claim and informed her that I was, she said «Well you already look like you’re full,» personally insulting me about my weight. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy’s enemy. Zero stars if I could. Pathetic, don’t waste your time.

The service was very slow. They also waited until I paid at the drive thu to tell me that the food I ordered was not ready and I would have to park my car and wait for it…

Superior defensible space, with an unobstructed field of fire around the entire facility. A good shelter option in the event of a zombie apocalypse. Just ok, though, as a burger experience. I’ve stopped by off and on for years, and it has never impressed. But how many BKs really do?
The single unforgivable sin I have encountered here is cooked lettuce on top of Whoppers. I understand the need to re-​heat food sometimes, but you just can’t do that to leafy garnishes. They turn to unpleasant gray mush. It happens here more than it should.
The rest of the menu is off-​the-​shelf, same as you’d get in Dubuque: BFD.
The counter staff is acceptable, if indifferent at times. The soda fountain is well stocked and the seating area clean. I can offer no insight into the restrooms, but they seem to be popular. Excellent parking (see field of fire above).

I rarely came to this location any more because of the bad service at night.
But today experience was really well my father just came out the hospital this morning and first thing he wanted was a triple whopper burger. caleb took our order was friendly, respectful and service was good.
I’m happy to also say that the burgers were really good packed right inside the bag and no sloppy burger. I was going to take a picture but we wasted no time when we got them.
