DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY! If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Wings took almost an hour and were cold, the queso dip took just as long and was complete water, and the manager, Alex, got in my face and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Once we got our queso dip(about 40 minutes after we ordered it) we brought to our bartenders attention that it was complete water. She apologized and quickly had the manager bring out a fresh order(which took roughly 5 minutes as it should have the first time). When our wings came about 10 minutes later they were completely cold. We brought this to our bartenders attention and she quickly retrieved the manager. Kelly, our bartender, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. Alex, the manager, on the other hand, was either stoned out of his mind or severely hates his job. The first time we brought up that the wings were cold he stared blankly and asked«So what do you want me to do about it?» If that wasnt awkward enough, he had two guys standing behind him, which looked to be customers, that appeared to be «backing him up» as if a fight was about to break out??? I told Alex I wanted wings that were hit, which I didn’t think was too much to ask for, and he said he was going to go back and make the wings himself, stating his staff had a long and busy night. It took him almost 20 minutes, during which the original, cold order sat in front of me. When he brought out HALF of the new order he groaned, drug a trash can over to inspect and throw away the old wings(finally) and then admitted the wings he brought out were wrong. I walked away too cool off before addressing the situation again, and he was pacing around bad mouthing me to his employees the entire time saying this was ridiculous and he wasn’t going to do anything for us. When I said I no longer wanted the wings he started huffing and puffing and said we were disrespecting him. He said he was doing his best and it wasn’t his fault that he didn’t know what type of wings were in the original order(he apparently neglected to look in the computer and didn’t write down my order before returning to the kitchen the first time) Alex said repeatedly that he wasn’t going to do anything for us and we would pay for the entire order because he threw so much food away. After going back and forth for a few minutes(which was completely unprofessional, during which Alex did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation whatsoever) telling me we were going to pay for the entire meal he finally said he would make us pay for only what we ate. In my opinion, the entire meal should have been comped, not only to be hospitable, but also because it was very apparent my girlfriend had touched her food either. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never return to not only this establishment but any Buffalo Wild Wings in the future.

Hi just had the worst food experience possible. Cold wings and I ordered them at 4pm and they messed up Order and was supposedly making a completely new order – NOT Food was absolutely disgusting. Manager didn’t want to give me full credit so Dining Express offered me $ 25 credit Whether there are sporting events happening or not the beside restaurant — treat the carry outs the same

Wrote a longer review, but had to start over… Needless to say my experience here was the worst i have had in a restaurant. I work in the food beverage industry and eat out 3 – 4 times week out of necessity. I will make a very long story short… Came in and no one took my order fro over 10 minutes… Grabbed a waiter who eventually got someone out of the back… Person told be 10 – 20 minutes…50 minutes later still no food… manager(Alex Williams) sees me when I finally get my food… instead of apologizing he says a basketball team has come in…(seriously 7 – 8 young boys) and that is the reason(I am upset, but also think is is absurd because the restaurant is half empty) Manager came from the back both times(not in the front of the house) He goes on to give a couple of more excuses and I try to explain, someone like me does not want here why service is so poor, but the he will make sure it does not happen again and yes actually thank me for my business which he never did… All about hime and I was basically nonexistent… problem was not the store, but circumstance… just did not get it… I go back back to my hotel… order is cold and completely wrong… have to admit I was upset… I go back and ask for the manager… I am upset, but consciously only raise my voice so a bit and do not swear in the least… The manger(Alex Williams) says he feels threatened and says he must call the police… seriously…(no swearing, raised my voice a bit… but again seriously) his co worker has this look of shock on her face and he tells her to not say anything… at this point I am laughing, but what the heck… police come… I start joking and laughing, but they will have none of it… I have relatives and friends who are police, so I am a bit shocked, but guess they are pissed off for have to take this call… I still laugh and tell them that I hope meet under better circumstances so I can by them a beer sometime… no smile… I know St Louis has been under a bit of stress, but at least crack a smile… . Needless to say I went ahead and got a Pizza from the Twin Oak’s(great service by the way) and here I am waisting some more time writing this review. Law enforcement of St Louis I am sorry for waisting your time… Mr Alex Williams, good luck in your career! Buffalo Wild Wings… now I know why the stock I bough in you is down over 50%…

I have come here 3 times in one week because I was staying at a hotel near by. Not a great experience(s). Night one: I came to the bar. Was greeted by a nice young man. I told him I wanted a TOGO order but I wanted to have a beer while I waited. He brought the beer and I ordered my food, I asked for pico instead of tomatoes… Not too long after my food came out… NOTTOGO… And without any sort of tomatoes. Which they charge extra for pico, so pretty bold to charge me and not even put it on. I had ordered a wrap, and it had WAYYYYY too much sauce. Anyhow Night two: I sat at the bar. Ordered a beer. Got it promptly from a lady there. She was nice. But seem kind of oblivious to the, oh, 3 people at her bar. She loaded out and in dishes before ever looking up about 10 min later… Not a bad experience, nothing great. Night three: I came on a Saturday night. It was pretty busy but I was by myself so I told the hostess that I was going to sit in the bar area. She told me I couldn’t because it was full. I walked past her and found two tables open and two bar seats open. I sat at a table. The waitress to the table never greeted me the 10minutes I was sitting there, but she DID have enough time to grab the left over tickets off the table to GETHERMONEY, she didn’t speak a word to me. I guess she didn’t want any more money because she never came back. I then moved to a cramped chair at the bar(which I was trying to avoid) and the bartender there was very nice and accommodating. Food came out fairly quickly and everything was fine from there. Can’t believe the hostess was trying to tell me not to sit in the bar. That was weird considering, how would she know if it’s full, it’s free seating, she never goes back there. I noticed the few times I was there that the managers were around but paid no attention to what was going on. One was changing a garbage bag, which is nice, but I had been sitting there for 10min and he was 4 feet away and never said anything to anyone. Ps– I used to work at a buffalo. So maybe I have higher expectations…

Wow looking at the reviews it seems this location has major issues of which we also experienced. We live near this location and it’s really a hit or miss. As of late the service has been just horrible, waiting 30 mins for drinks, screwed up orders on both apps and dinner and bill. Very dirty the last time we were there check out the pics of the booth we had? Looks like someone had a food fight several days ago while nasty white stains all over it. Don’t they have a management staff to over see basic cleanliness? Also on a side note when will they start ever carry decent craft beer? They don’t carry any local craft beer at all the St. Louis locations. However I have been at other BWW in other states and they have great local selection. Probably going to avoid this location until they get their crap together.

Great location, central, lots of parking. Standard Wild Wings Food. BUTVERYVERYSLOW and sometimes difficult service. You can see 6 servers and staff standing around chatting, while people are having to go get them for a drink, napkins or service. Just terrible service about 50% of the time. We continue to go because it’s very convenient, but each time I leave I make a list of things they did wrong. Wrong food order, wrong drink, painfully slow service. I’m not sure I’ve ever had anyone refill my iced tea or ask me if I needed sweetener or lemon. If you go here and sit near the bar, it’s probably more tolerable, but as a restaurant, this is about as lackluster service as you will ever get. So, why go? Lots of TV and the sauces are very good. Prices are fair. Why not go? Terrible servers and managers. Slow and careless about 50% of the time. THEGOOD: Flavorful wings, good beer selection, lots of TVs. The BAD: SLOW and often painful service. management does not seem to care, TVs can be too loud, often, tables sit dirty for 45 minutes, parking garage is a trek if it is cold out. Read the other reviews. Hard to imagine a place with 60+ reviews and two stars. My second star felt generous, but we enjoy the food. Even if it takes a long time and we have to get up a few times to check on it.

This is my first review ever, and I’m sad that it’s going to be a bad one. I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this location several times and never had any problems with it until now. The service was terrible. I’m usually a person to ignore rude service whenever I come across it, but this particular server crossed the line. My family and I(group of 10+) came in to have dinner on Tuesday night. We didn’t come all at once, and I was the second group to come in. I sat down, and waited for the server to come by. I was hungry and getting impatient, so I asked my family who the server was, so I could ask her to come over instead. My cousin reached his hand out as she walked by and made it obvious that he needed her. She walked past him without glancing at our table(his hand was in front of her and literally right next to her as she walked by– not sure if she was ignoring him or just did not see his hand). Of course this didn’t get her attention, so I waited until she was looking straight at me. I waved my hand, which she then put a finger up as a gesture for me to hold on(this upset me greatly). She then walked up to our table and told us that it would take her a moment since she had another table to tend to. This made my anger subside since she actually came to the table to inform us of her situation. But… Wait… Things get worse. When she finally took our order, she didn’t ask us what drinks we wanted, so I decided to tell her that we all wanted. My brother asked if gratuity would be charged, and it was understandable that it would be since we had 6+ at our table. I do not know how long we waited for our drinks, but it was longer than it should have been. There was a table behind us that the server was taking her time talking to after we waited quite a while for our drinks. She went to the back to get our food, and as she was passing out our food, I mentioned to her that we still haven’t gotten our drinks yet. Her reaction showed me that she forgot, but she did not apologize. Instead, she told me she was getting it for us now. My brother called her over and told her how horrible the service was(which I understand is uncalled for). She took offense and replied to him by saying that we weren’t acting like this until she told them that gratuity was charged. That was very wrong of her. We are very generous tippers, and we usually ask our servers(when we go in big parties), so we know in advance whether to tip more or not. In my opinion, she didn’t even deserve 18%. At this point, a few of us still did not have our drinks out. We were almost finished with our food. My mother asked for the manager, and I could already tell that the manager was on the server’s side without even saying anything. He came out and stood behind my mother of which my mother angrily asked him to stand in front of her. He didn’t, and moved to the side. She asked again, and he finally stood in front of her. A series of events happened that could have been prevented; however, the manager kept bringing up the check as if we cared that gratuity was charged. We just wanted to make the point across that the service was not up to par since the drinks were not even out yet! They seriously need to retrain their workers. I’m a server myself, which is why I try to be understanding of other fellow servers, but seriously? All of the other members of my family had empty glasses. She didn’t even come by to ask her how we were doing once. That’s just disappointing, and the manager disappointed me even more.

BWWs is awesome for games and such, but this is the worst of their locations ever. TVs are small, much more than the one I have at home, and the«big» ones are projectors, so they’re dim and you can’t really see what’s going on. Been here twice and my games were not on(March Madness Final Four game and they don’t have a single TV on it???), had to literally harrass the staff to get them on a TV for more than 30 mins. So yeah, not coming back here ever again. Plenty of other cool more accomodating loca bars with better food anyway.

The WiFI connection is free and fast. That is about the only thing I can write about this location. Other BWW I have been to are real winners this is not one of them. This was a Monday night and there couldn’t have been more than a dozen people in the restaurant. My order was incomplete and our table had the checks mixed up. Our waiter really seemed to hustle and I got the feeling the kitchen may have been disorganized. This is a popular chain, so I would try it again. However this visit could have been better.

This is going to be my second ever 1 star review. I hate to do it and even gave them a second chance, but I have no choice. I have been to this location twice now this fall on football Sundays. Both times, myself and 2 kids sit down and wait. And wait. And wait. Menus closed, looking around. 30 minutes, 40 minutes. Both times there are between 7 – 8 people working there, literally standing around doing nothing. Joking around and having a good time. The manager is busy watching the games. I put my hand up multiple times, no one comes by. Both times, I have to get up, walk over, and ask if someone can take our order. Or you know, bring us some water. If this was a small mom and pop, I’d be more lenient and flexible. If the restaurant was really busy and the staff was running around, I am usually pretty empathetic in that regard. If this was only one time, I’d give it another try. But at least 8 people standing around at a major national chain? Two separate times? Come on. Add to that– the food is overpriced for a bunch of mediocre chicken wings. So this is my second ever 1-star review. My other one? LaGuardia airport.

TERRIBLE service!!! Came with my wife at 9:10pm. After 20! Minuets waiter came and ask if we want something to drink. Then came different waiter and ask us what we want to order. After 25 minutes we ask what with the order and they say 10 more minutes. Don’t waste your time to go to this place. Oh, another thing, my wife order Guinness which taste like they put inside half water.

If i could give 0 stars i would! Maybe my expectations are high because i worked at a different location for two years, but this is honestly the worst Bdubs I have ever been to. I have given the benefit of the doubt and attributed it to an off night, or a weak staff, but after returning and being disappointed this many times I give up. The food has never come out as specified in the order, the wings have never been fresh out of the grease. They always look(and taste) like they’ve been sitting under the warmer for 30 minutes plus. If the staff was nice or friendly, knowledgeable with the menu, or did even a halfway decent job with proving service, then it would somewhat redeem the lack of good food, but unfortunately that isn’t the case. I have left unsatisfied every single time, feeling like I wasted money. Sorry, but I will not ever come back to this location.

Always a mistake coming here. Called in an order, it was supposed to be ready at 830. I left at 9 with my order. It amazes me that even when you ask for something three times you still don’t get it. The customer service is definitely lacking. I recommend if you are thinking about walking in this restaurant you turn around and get Something else.

This place is likely featured in all corporate management training videos under the section«what not to do.» Literally the management in this place is so ineffective it puts congress to shame. We went here for a UFC fight… Now i know what your thinking«this douche is bitching about one of their busiest nights!» Im releasing the BS hammer, this place maybe had 5 waitresses for a crazy seat-filled night full of the poor kids who failed at bullying you in middle school(aka the people in Tap Out shirts and backwards flatbills). What kind of management doesn’t get all hands on deck? Second, they were already out of two beers on tap before the night started and didnt have carry out boxes. Third, when we ordered the place was maybe half full and it took over an hour and a half to get our food. At least they delivered food some food 10 minutes before the rest of it so we could all stare at a hamburger. The staff has a habit of constantly rolling their eyes. Yes you, 16 year old bussing tables who basically threw food at your face and generally looking like there was sand stuck up your b-hole. It’s pretty clear management cant correctly hire, schedule, do inventory, or correctly train their staff. Respectfully, please quit. You actually manage make people hate chicken wings. How is that possible? Look, were not all fit for the jobs in the service industry. Why not walk away and say«I tried»(it was a piss poor try but you tried!) Just stop making people miserable the one night they get out a week. Maybe start a new career? Write that novel you always talk about? Just think about all the opportunity out there not in the service industry! Good luck!

Came here on Wednesday around 6. Three stars for wings. Minus one star for mediocre service. We had to look for our waitress to asked for refills. We did it twice. We flagged the other waitress, and she ignored us. Minus another star for no manager in sight. I get better service in Burger King. She gave us all the choices of sides that come with meals. When we got the bill, she charged $ 1.50 for the side salad, and .50 cents extra for potato wedge. You add it in at the end without telling us? For two bucks I won’t bother to make a fuss. I could’ve took it out from the tips. We won’t be back.

Standard Buffalo Wild Wings. Good service and nice staff that helped us surprise a family member on his lunch break who didn’t know we were coming into town. At lunchtime on a weekday it’s pretty quiet, but I can imagine it gets pretty busy in the evenings and weekends, especially when games are on.

It’s clean, the servers are pretty efficient, and the wings are good. All and all a pretty standard BWW. It can get pretty loud during peak hours, and with all the TVs covering the walls it has the atmosphere of a sports bar. If you go when it’s emptier though, the TVs will be on mute. You can usually find parking in the garage.
