Aantex Pest Control

Aantex sprays our house for ants and spiders and I’ve been impressed with their service. Once the cold weather hit, our neighborhood was hit with rats seeking warm shelter. I phoned them and William promptly called me back on Monday. He was able to accommodate my schedule and meet me that same day.
I had attempted to block the rats from intruding into the attic over the weekend, but William took it a step further and used his knowledge to make sure they stayed out. He was professional, personal, and punctual. His visit was clearly more about the customer than the invoice.
Hopefully our visitors won’t be coming back.

I have been using Aantex since they opened in Brentwood. I have a Family Childcare business in my home, I like my yard to be done early. Blair from Aantex is always on time, he takes the time to move equipment out of the way and he is careful and makes sure to shut all of my gates.
I saw termites on my porch. I called Aantex, they did and inspection they found some termite damage. They were able to treat my home without any interruption of my childcare business. The termite technician was very professional he explained the whole process to me. The cost of the treatment was reasonable and well worth it. My home my biggest investment is now protected from these damaging pests. Thank you Aantex.

Aantex fills my bait boxes every 3 months and refills when they are empty between visits. However, every time they send someone new out and they don’t know where the bait boxes are. I have to be home to show them where they are. They do not have a map of my bait boxes, which would solve the issue. dah…so consequently they missed a box and had a tech out 2 times (had to leave a big sign where it was and they missed it!) Finally a manager came out and she was an hour late… anyway thinking of cancelling with them. Poor service.

I have been using Aantex for quite a while now and have followed there manager Tim Katrones from other pest control companies as he is the best. He has trained the staff at Aantex to do the job as it should be done, As a local realtor I refer all my clients to Aantex because from what I have seen being in sellers homes day in and day out Aantex is by far the superior pest control company out there !!!
