Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Your word is your bond. If you don’t follow through on your word, that makes you a liar and I cannot stand liars!
After receiving no luck of renting a car in Houston (called at least six places Saturday morning), I decided to go back towards home and pick up a car in Brenham. When I called, I was told that they had over forty cars in their inventory to rent and I could pick whatever I wanted.
Monday morning, I receive a call from Enterprise asking if I was still coming… once I arrive, I’m told they have nothing for me to rent except a compact size Nissan Versa.
Are You Kidding me Right Now!!!
I explained to the gentlemen that I was not flexible of the vehicle not having a trunk, which he understood. He at least gave me the address and telephone number to a location in Cypress that had something besides s cracker box for a car.
They were good for something – by default of one star.
