Best pancit ever. Ok, best since I had homemade from my best friends Grandma back when I was in junior high. This is the ONLY place I have found where I can ask for no celery & it is full of flavor-but not celery! Obviously made fresh! Plan to keep coming back for more as long as they keep making it this tasty!

We’ve been a couple times now. We had fish and chips and lumpia the first time and we were SO happy about it, the breading on the fish was light and crispy and it wasn’t greasy, and the lumpia were also a good size but light and crisp and not too greasy. The 2nd time we had lumpia again and pancit, and again it was so good. It was just as good as the homemade pancit and lumpia my friends families would make growing up! The prices are SUPER reasonable too. We’ll definitely go back. The only reason 4 stars is the fries with the fish were nothing to write home about, the sweet and sour with the lumpia was just ok, and the place is a bit cluttered(like maybe they also cater?) on the inside but really that’s just being picky. The service was good, the prices were fair and so far overall the food has been good! Ok we’ve been back a couple more times and I just love their fish and chips but last time I had chicken adobo and it was sooo gooood. Definitely try this place.

Kalbi ribs were amazing. Served with a small portion of veg that was mostly cabbage and one piece of broccoli and two huge scoops of rice. I ain’t complaining. Those ribs were bomb and totally affordable. The atmosphere is scant and the service is not the selling point either. I’ll be back for those ribs tho.

Food was decent. Service was horrible. I had to chase the waitress down several times, to order, to ask for silverware and to ask for to go boxes. They also forgot a portion of our order mid way through the meal. Tables in the restaurant were empty, but dirty and not cleared from previous patrons.

Excellent Pork Adobo !! I just tried it and was amazed and how great it was. This place isn’t just Fish N Chips !!! The Lumpia is pretty awesome too. I recently discovered that they also have quite a Filipino Menu here also. I can’t say enough about the service too, the lady that serves me seems really nice and helpful. I have also tried the Pancit, quite tasty and a large portion, I had plenty for Lunch the next day and another dinner helping. I highly recommend the Pork Adobo ! Pepsi kind of place(Sorry, I just love my Coca-Cola) Worth the Visit ! The only reason it’s not 5 stars(Not their fault at all) is due to the Marijuana dispensary next door, the Smell is a bit potent sometimes. I believe they should have their own building away from food establishments.

Unfortunately, I have to give a low score. Their fish & chips used to be our favorite, but something has changed: the recipe, the cook, or the fish. I could forgive the less than stellar cleanliness of the restroom and the tables often being piled with dishes, but am so sorry to lose their great fish & chips. I will miss them and the delightful owner.

Food wasn’t as good as I expect it to be. It wasn’t the home cookin Filipino food I was looking food. But the customer service was great.

Had heard this place was so good for Filipino food. Stopped by today for lunch. Quick service as no one else was there. Ordered pork adobo. YUCK! greasy tough chunks of pork, too spicy and too salty. Lumpia was so-so. Won’t go again. Going back to my fav. Barrio fiesta. One positive note. The place did seem very clean.

Great place! I have turned many friends and family to this place! Not very many good teriyaki joints in bremerton but this is one of them. Tempura vegetables, yummmmm.

Small, family run place with lots of options, good service, and a great value. My wife and I stopped in for the first time, and were a little tentative about ordering Filipino food from a place called«fish & chips». Don’t let the name fool you; it’s the real deal. We had three dishes. The adobo, which is a standard Filipino dish, was good. The lechon kawali was excellent because it wasn’t greasy at all. The calderetta was the best entrée of the three. The beef was very tender, the carrots cooked perfectly and the sauce was great. The service was excellent, and the lady who served us was very friendly. We will definitely be back: maybe tomorrow!

This is a casual and clean little restaurant located across from Fred Meyer in East Bremerton. They serve very authentic, excellent quality delicious Filipino food and fish and chips priced fairly. The service is good and friendly and I would highly recommend giving it a try.

GREATFISH&CHIPS! Mum’s Fish and Chips has the BEST fish and chips(F&C) in the area — that is based on using malt vinegar on the fish(& on the fries); I haven’t tried their tartar sauce. But my feelings are mixed on how to review them. I just LOVE their F&C, but the tables are often not bussed when we go in, and the bathroom was pretty dirty. The fries are good, and the cole slaw that comes with the F&C is sweet but tasty. The owner is very nice and welcoming, so despite the lack of cleanliness, I keep getting drawn back into the place. Good value for the $ — PS: They are located in the little strip mall across the street from the Fred Meyer shopping center.

The wife and I ate here the other night because we were craving Filipino food. My favorite Filipino restaurant was closed, so we stopped here because they were open until 9pm. My wife had pancit and I had pork adobo. Both were very good, and of course we had lumpia too. The owner, who is very friendly and talkative talked us into purple yam ice cream… yummy! The lumpia is very tasty too! And such a deal! 6 for $ 2.99! We’ll be back!

Sometimes I crave good Filipino food & Mum’s is one of my hotspots. They’re always so friendly and the menu is fairly priced. I don’t know much about Filipino food/culture, but my favorite item I’ve always had is lumpia & pancit!!! & that’s what I always order!

We’re new to the area and I’m 1200 miles away from family. Being homesick and pregnant I was craving some real Filipino food. At first I checked on here to see what was around and saw Barrio Fiesta. We got there and it was closed. Ended up at the Filipino market next door and asked the lady where a good Filipino restaurant is and she suggested this place. As soon as I saw what they offered on their Filipino menu my eyes lit up! Dinuguan, kare-kare, etc., and a special they had today was menudo! I’m now a happy, stuffed, pregnant woman who is just a little less homesick. We ordered 3 different entrees, an order of lumpia, and a container of puto(SOMUCHFOOD!!) and it all came out to $ 30! Definitely going here again.

Mum’s also makes a great large pan of chicken teriyaki and sweet and sour meatballs for large parties that is very reasonable.

I was trying to figure out which of the usual suspects would get my dinner dollar when I came across Mum’s. I’m not a fan of most Bremerton teriyaki so Mum’s was a nice surprise. My spicy chicken teriyaki was a generous helping of char grilled meat and the stir fried veggies were a nice surprise with big pieces of broccoli to go with the standard cabbage, carrot slivers, etc. The dipping sauce that came with my gyoza was tasty too. They’ve got a large diverse menu. Give’m a shot!
