They sometimes lose your prescription, and MAY suddenly find it. I have had little luck with them filling anything when they say they will. I am constantly baffled at how busy everyone is behind the counter. There will be four or five people scrambling around, with never any customers in sight. I’m left wondering, «Who is it that gets all of your attention, because it sure isn’t me.»
All that being said, I’ve had great service from the lady with the «skunk hair» (such a rude thing to say, and totally irrelevant to my experience), and the German or Austrian woman. I wish those two would get a job at a better pharmacy.

This is for the pharmacy. The blond chick with skunk striped hair is rude. She sat there scolding me in the drive through for not picking up my prescription in time and then told me it would take 15 minutes to fill which was a lie because I got in five minutes after speaking with the manager. Well excuse me for not knowing the in’s and out’s of pharmacy protocol. When I was trying to converse with her she actually put her finger up at me not to talk. It was all we could do not ask her who the «eff» she thought she was talking to. I did call and spoke with the manager but doubt anything will be done. Good ‘olé boys club where they tolerate bad customer service seems to be the norm here. I’m not going back. Also, chick needs to go to a new salon where they don’t foil skunk stripes, that went out in the 90’s. Just saying…

Worst Pharmacy customer service ever! I am so bummed this place isn’t going to workout. Highly recommend never using them. Way too many issues to rant on about.
