Domino’s Pizza

Ordered pizza, pasta and brownies. everything is good except for the brownies, its dry. hope that it will be consistently moist like before.

Tl;dr: Subpar food quality (for a Dominos), consistently late delivery drivers, and unprofessional management make this an instant skip if you’re considering delivery. Bremerton really needs a Papa Johns…
I have been attempting to do business with this franchise from essentially the day I arrived to Bremerton in January of 2014. At the beginning, I was very happy with the service and food quality from these guys. Over the past few months, though, quality across the board has taken a nose-​dive.
Today, I placed an order through Domino’s app at 11:27AM and, thanks to the app, saw my food get promptly put in the oven and inspected. I even received the notification that I would be delivered by about 11:45. Not too shabby. I THEN received a phone call from my delivery driver 20 minutes later saying he was walking out the door with my order. 10 minutes later, he calls confused as to where I lived, and I provided what I thought were reasonable directions to move half a block down in a straight line to get to my front door where I placed myself, despite the fact it was raining. Another 10 minutes and no driver, I called the franchise to ask what was going on and had the manager tell me that he was at my house (remember, I’m ON my patio waiting). At this point, realizing I may feel like cheating by ordering elsewhere, but knowing that I’ll have a much better experience, I told the manager that they could cancel my order, I wouldn’t be accepting their delivery, and I’d be ordering elsewhere. At no point in the call was I offered an apology or attempt to make things right.
Five minutes later, the delivery driver shows up, food and receipt in hand, FINALLY attempting to make his delivery, too little too late. Not only did he not apologize for the confusion, but he curtly explained that there was another house much further down the block that matched the description i gave him, though at a different address. I sent him away, food and receipt still in hand. This is also the same driver who literally had an argument with me last time that I had ordered with a cash pay option, even though I had ordered with card, and wouldn’t believe me until I made him look at the receipt.
This isn’t 30 Minutes or Less, but I shouldn’t have to wait an hour past when I was promised food from a franchise that’s a five minute drive away. A call has been placed with Dominos corporate. This franchise shouldn’t be allowed to operate with drivers like this and managers that offer no attempt to make things right. One star for the memories, but I think it’s time to see other people, Domino’s.

A little heads up: In general, when I review franchises that sell an identical product (say, a pizza chain or McDonalds, etc), I base my review on the particular store, not how I feel about the product itself. It wouldn’t be fair to give a particular Jack In The Box location 1 star just because I dislike Jack in general.
With that being said, this Dominos has always done right by me. Generally, the only time I patronize them is when I’m on duty, stuck on the ship, and their online ordering is always on point with a delivery driver ready for me to pick it up by the gate. I know pizza reviews are always a hard sell with a lot apparently wrong and weird horror stories; «MY PIZZA WAS ACTUALLY A PIZZA SHAPED TURD» or «THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS ACTUALLY A HITMAN» but they’ve never fucked my shit up.
Except for that one time I ordered under the name ‘Jon Snow’ and the driver totally had no idea what was going on. When Winter comes nobody ain’t gonna save your ass from the White Walkers. Until then, this Dominos does aight.

I came in to pick up a carry out order and they were unable to find it at first. Guy at the counter suggests maybe it was called in to another store. This wasn’t such a big deal, stuff happens, whatever. I call home to confirm where the order was placed, and wait to let them know that it was this store, and give my name again. Before the cashier could look me up, someone in the back yelled up ‘it’ll be a couple minutes,’ So I’m understanding and wait. The staff is very loud, yelling across store to each other. I wait at least 10 minutes, am the only person in the store, try to make eye contact with one of the 6 or 7 workers on duty to find out what is going on, then instead of checking in with me, they proceed to yell out ‘someone yell out those carryouts sitting there’, and someone starts yelling out a rapid list of names, mine being one of them. Just seemed like really poor customer service. Disappointing.

The people are very nice but the last three times I have ordered from here the pizza has been smashed into the top of the box and all the cheese has slid to one side like they drove like maniacs to get to my house. Would really hope with multiple complaints they would fix this problem. I think making the drive to Silverdale is worth getting an intact pizza home to my family from now on.

Let’s see here. We decided on pizza for lunch. My boyfriend being partial to dominos is always wanting dominos me I’m a pizza hut girl all the way. But decided to try dominos today cause a BBQ chicken pizza sounded good. We order the large on BBQ sauce pineapple and ham (I meant to hit chicken that was my fault but we love ham so we totally would’ve eaten it) and stuffed cheesey bread with mrinaraa sauce and garlic butter sauce. First off we opened the pizzas and its completely uncooked in the middle probably about four plus inches in the middle completely raaw dough. Not to mention that probably. Good eighty to ninth percent of our toppings were all fallen to one side of the pizza like the pizza had been thrown around or slid around in a car. Also our pizza completely uncut. We couldn’t even pull it apart. It was not cut at all. Having a five year old I’m sorry I refuse to give her pizza that isn’t cooked. My pizza was delivered at 1238 pm in the afternoon. We called at 1241 to have our pizza remade and re sent out. Its one twenty and its still not here. Mind you I live on nval avenue and I ordered from kitsap way dominos which is maybe five min up the road. The cheesy bred was great however I’m very unhappy with this situation and at this point I’m not even hungry. I just want the money for the pizza back. I will gladly pay for the cheesy bred. But when we called management named kacy I believe was utterly mad for us even having the audacity to call and complain we haven’t taken a bite of the pizza at all. Had plans to give it back to them so they could see. But now that’s its been almost n hour I’m very upset and not even hungry I would gladly like to stay with pizza hut or make my own damn pizza from now on. Get a new female manager cause clearly she’s not a good manager.

Their online ordering is terrific.
when it comes to the pizza Domino’s has really stepped their game in the last 3 years or so.
BUT…the sandwich bread taste horrible. cardboard box like.

These people are very nice both in store and when delivering. A little bit skimpy on the topping perhaps but what do you want for a special! My main complaint is that I have now had pizza delivered twice, very expedient but they are to me TOO SALTY. it ruins the flavor! Their salads for the price do not come close to McDonald’s or Taco Bells similar products

Great pizza, much better than Papa Murphy’s or Round Table. The service was quick and very polite. The location was very clean. The price was cheap. This has been my experience in the past few years since they changed their recipe (for the better). This was the typical well run Domino’s Pizza.

I’ve always heard terrible things about Domino’s. All of the reviews were terrible when I was looking up the phone number for the one near my new house. I’m writing a review because that was the best pizza service I’ve ever had. The pizza was at my house about 20mins after I ordered online and it was fresh and hot. I was impressed and I hope it continues to stay that way!
