I am really disappointed in this business. Seeing all the GREAT reviews put my mind at ease. Before leaving town for a death in the family I set up 4 pick up times for my daughter to get to the ferry. I gave Travis all the info needed and it was repeated back to me to ensure it was right. Her 1st pickup time came and went. She waited and waited but still no one… not even a call from them letting her know they were running late. I know things happen but even 8 hours later there has been no communication from them. Needless to say I cancelled the rest of her pickups.

Chrissy picked me up on time early in the morning and even though it was a short ride, she was as very nice and the price was fair. Our out of town relatives found her and really liked her too. I’ve been in other cabs that were smelly and gross so this was really nice to find someone good and reasonable. I’m so pleased and will always use this taxi when I am in town. Thank you very much!

Who ever the guy with the long hair is he is a jerk! He yells at pedestrians and swerves at cyclist… not cool.

Chrissy picked me up in record time. She asked which route I wanted to take which I really liked. She was pleasant, careful driver and couldn’t improve on anything. The price was as expected.

This is a mom and pop company… mainly mom.
Chrissy is the main driver and her husband drives at night. She’s a pretty nice lady and she generally give a pretty good deal. Since it is a single car company, you sometimes have to wait a bit, but most of the time she’s pretty fast.
It’s my favourite cab company to call for if I am running super late for work.
