The Flatbread Pizza Co

We visited Breckenridge 2 years ago and ate at a different pizza place one night. It was nothing special. When we decided we wanted pizza the other night, we knew we did not want to go back to that place. We searched Unilocal and saw the positive reviews for The Flatbread Pizza Co and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed and will definitely return before our vacation is over.
Delicious thin crust pizzas. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly with the crust crunchy. My son, who usually leaves the crust ate every bit of every piece. After we had placed our order my wife saw one of their salads — we will definitely have to try that with our pizza next time.
If there was anything that was not 5 stars it was the speed — it took about 40 — 45 minutes from the time we walked in until our pizzas arrived. However, our server was kind and helpful. I overheard one of the 3 cooks patiently explain the process of making pizzas to several kids who were watching.
We will return.

We went in with a group of Ten when there were only about 6 people already there. They just weren’t capable of taking good care of us. The server was rushing around and did a good job but I think the kitchen couldn’t keep up. The prices were fair, the selection was limited and the pizza was slightly better than average.
The patio was also closed off with wood which made it look really bad. My wife and I felt embarrassed for taking the whole company there.
I would go here if you are in breck and need a laidback place for your kids and family to go to.

So let me start by saying that having grown up in NY, I have an irrational bias towards what I think pizza should be (neapolitan), which I know is bogus, slanted, etc., but thought I should provide context since I can’t seem to mend my biased ways on this one. We ordered a kids pizza for my son (cheese + sausage) which he thoroughly enjoyed — trust me, he has as little tolerance for mediocre pizza as his father. My wife and I split a pizza that was half Santa Cruz and half All Terrain. Being able to do half and half on a pizza is a really nice option ($ 2 surcharge). Both halves were very good and as describe. We also split the Red Goat salad which had a nice tangy snap to it. Small but nice selection of craft brews either on draft or by the can. They don’t offer dessert, but hey, walk across the street to La Francaise and get your chocolate fix.

Incredible pizza on a quick weekend trip this past weekend. Had the All Terrain and it far exceeded our expectations. The manager on staff was also really friendly, and provided great service. This will be a new stop for us going forward.

Great food. Had the BBQ chicken pizza which was amazing. And I are the whole thing in one sitting too. Great overall place and lots of Panthers fans!

Very small restaurant, some tables are shared. But the pizza was really good, & the staff was friendly.

If you’re from Chicago or New York and are craving pizza, this place will do the trick. Not saying it’s as good as Chicago or New York pizza, but it’s better than most out there. Ordered two identical pizzas: pepperoni and mushroom. When our server returned there was one pepperoni and mushroom and one mushroom and onions. They tried to address their mistake a few minutes later, but I believe they ended up giving us another table’s order — sausage and pepperoni. Sigh… third time wasn’t a charm

This place was slammed! But I get it… Because the pizza is fabulous. Thin crust, fresh ingredients, and very well priced for what you get. My take out order did take about an hour, but the owner threw in a free salad. Overall, definitely worth it. Will be back

Absolutely amazing pizza. Highly recommend the Yeti and the Full suspension. It’s tight in there so it’s not the best place for large parties but they accommodate as much as they can. Gruff and Friendly dudes in back slanging pies with good peeps front of house TCB. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Fabulous pizza and salad for dinner. Very accommodating for customization of our orders. Will definitely be back!

Great flat bread pizza with all fresh ingredients. The service was excellent and had a decent beer and wine list. It is a little hard to find being tucked in behind Empire Burger on the top level.

Absolutely delicious. If you go here, you must get the cheesy bread! The thin crust pizza is great and not too filling… the perfect amount of food. All three of us were satisfied with both the food and the service. Definitely stop for dinner!

Taste was ok, nothing extra ordinary, totally bland, had to add salt & pepper to give it taste, but not value for the money, especially don’t come here if ur hungry, because this thin crust pizza won’t do it. If u ever had a 8″ Mexican Tortilla, that’s how thin the bread is, if u don’t believe me, see the pics posted by others, and also read the bad reviews of the Place too, rather then just the good ones to find out what these people r serving. Or if u doubt my review, I am going to copy and paste one of the guys who works there wrote to me, probably because he is pissed at my real review, since most good reviews over here must be posted by there friends, I would say, if they sell one pie for $ 4-​$ 6, I will still call it reasonable, but it over priced for sure. But even after that price, I would be reviewing the rest of there pizza. I went in there with 8 family members, I ordered less which was still 4 pies, to try them out, if it was exceptional I would have ordered more, but was not worth it. Go to any other shop, 2 large 14″ pizzas would have been sufficient for a family of 8. When we left flatbread, we were still starving, and went home and still had to cook to be full. I will either copy & paste this guy that wrote to me or I will post a screenshot of of him trying to attack me to write a true review.

Our eight year old son, who is a picky eater, said «best pizza ever». He ate a second pizza tonight. Nice beer selection, friendly staff, and a great place for little people. Have the kids sit at the bar and make something from the dough, and the staff will bake it in the awesome pizza oven.

Forewarning: This review has nothing to do with food. In early June of this year, my fiancé and I booked (via a verbal agreement as they didn’t do contracts) our 9÷5÷15 rehearsal dinner here. We just received word (TODAY, 3 weeks before our wedding) that the new owner (taking over ownership on ⁹⁄₁) would not allow us to hold our event at their location anymore.
Two words: SCREW.YOU.
Thank you SO MUCH for ruining our wedding weekend plans, new owner. Also, thanks for making the old owner break the news to us since you are evidently too ashamed to speak for yourself. What an embarrassing excuse of a business.

This is definitely our go to pizza spot in Breck! We never came here until a couple months into our stay but I have to admit… We were missing out! They always have great service with fresh ingredients. I get a custom pizza but my boyfriend gets the Breck Imperial almost every time. We love to sit up at the bar and watch the pizzas being prepped and popped into the oven.
We highly recommend the Flatbread Pizza Company to everyone who comes to Breck!

Good flat bread with the right amount of ingredients. Nice variety of toppings.
Had the Northern Lights and made my own. Real good pizza. We added a bottle of wine. All was a reasonable price.

Looking for a new place to eat while in town, the employees are awesome, food was tasty, we had the margarita pizza, cheese wheel, and salad, and it was so good I can’t wait to come back next month!
