1 hour wait to rent equipment mid afternoon for next day. Nice service people but horribly understaffed for a holiday weekend. Maybe 10 people ahead of us. Not overly impressed.

TERRIBLE AND INCONVENIENT. Totally disorganized, bad equipment, overpriced — you name it, they suck at it. Lost our shoes, rented our equipment that we checked out the night before. We went here to avoid lugging equipment up the hill but. do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else.
