The first time they messed up my order, it was ok. But the second time… Well it’s time to take my business elsewhere. This Pizza Hut is really bad. It’s the manager and employees. I ordered online and the estimated time for deliver was 20−30minutes. When it was past delivery time, I called to check up on the status. The employee then said delivery time was 60minutes/1hr! Why didn’t they call me when I ordered to tell me the eta changed. During the phone call no apologies, no explanation of time changes or website issues, no nothing. I had to cancel the order and they didn’t even offer a receipt of cancellation. Wow, their employees are super incompetent at handling customer situations, I would have been more ok if they could of owned up to their mistake instead of just saying«ok, bye»(yeah, that’s right they hung up on me during the phone call). Overall, take your business elsewhere this Pizza Hut on imperial in Brea is terrible!

Pretty good… Staff is friendly. I think it’s just what you prefer. I would much rather go to papa johns in Brea. Great price $ 10 for a large 3 topping and it tastes AMAZING!

If you live in this area, and are craving Pizza Hut, drive to a different location. Don’t go to this one. Don’t call this one. Don’t order online from this one. Pizza Hut is a franchise, there’s always another store just around the corner. Don’t go here, because this one is AWFUL. Most undependable delivery service, and most unprofessional staff I’ve ever come across. So, I had my son’s friends at the house for a sleep over. I call and order from this Pizza Hut at 6:15pm. When I called and ordered at 6:15pm, I was told that the delivery wait time was about 40 minutes, and that I had to pay a delivery fee of $ 3.95. That’s fine, no problem, that meant pizzas would get here around 7:05, give or take a few minutes. I accepted, and ordered 2 pizzas. At 7:30pm(1 hr 15mins later) I called to find out where my pizzas were. I was put on hold for roughly five minutes, Then I was told that our pizzas were out for delivery. I asked if there was a way to find out when they were going to be delivered, and was told no. Apparently their drivers don’t have one of those fancy new cell phones I keep hearing about. Shame, they sound like they’d be a great tool if you’re in the business of delivering stuff. I asked if they could waive the delivery fee since it’s now 30 minutes later that I was quoted, and boy was that a mistake. I was told that they can’t refund the $ 3.95 delivery fee because it is out for delivery with the driver. He is still driving it to you. I said, yes, but the person I ordered with said it would be about 40 mins. I understand a few minutes late, but it’s been an hour and a half. Then, this person on the other end said, and I quote, «That’s impossible, we’re not allowed to quote times.» He also said they were down a delivery guy tonight, but promised it will be there«soon.» Then I was hung up on. It’s like they were purposely messing with me. When the pizza delivery guy FINALLY showed at about 8pm(8:02 to be exact– 1 hour and 47 minutes later), the kids were starving, so I signed the receipt, took the pizza without looking at it, and went to work on them. When I took the pizzas out of the box and they were COLD. Ice cold. You know when you have leftover pizza and you stick it in the fridge overnight? Or, like they’d been in the car for two hours. That’s what this felt and tasted like. I had to microwave every piece individually just to get it to taste like a real pizza. I called and complained, asked if I could get some kind of a refund because I just paid them $ 30 dollars to slowly deliver me cold pizzas, and I was told I’d have to talk to the manager. So I asked for the manager. I was put on hold. And I waited… And waited… And WAITED. Finally, a voice on the other line. I told him the story, asked for some kind of refund, and this person said I’d have to talk to the manager. When I said I thought I was talking to the manager, he said no, he just takes orders. He put me back on hold. Again, I waited… And waited… And WAITED The above happened again. Someone else picked up the phone, I asked for the manager, back on hold. Why would I expect anything else at this point? It’s like a bad Comedy routine. 15 mins in, I get someone, I tell the story to them, asked for some kind of a refund, and they tell me «Well, you got your pizzas, didn’t you?» I said yes, but they were late and cold. He said, «But you did get them. I don’t think so, but hang on, let me ask the manager.» Me–«I thought you were the manager.» Her–«No, I just take orders. Let me get the manager.» I was, once again, put on hold. At 35 mins, I gave up. I hung up. You won this round, Pizza Hut of Brea. You wore me down after delivering your cold pizza to starving children almost an hour later than you promised, and you completely got away with it without having to say so much as sorry. And all over $ 30 dollars. Great job. Glad to business with people like you. You did teach me to never order from your store again, so I guess it wasn’t a total wash. Just an expensive lesson. So, like I said. If you live in this area, and you have a craving for Pizza Hut… FORTHELOVEOFGOD, DRIVETOANOTHERONEANDPICKITUP!!! Unless you like cold pizza and broken promises. Then you’d probably really like this place.

1) The pizza is not good. All you can taste is blah and greese. 2) Terrible customer service by I assume the Manger or owner The ONLY reason I ordered here was because my kids worked hard reading books to get a free pizza here. They were so excited to get their personal sized pizzas. I tried twice to get the damn pizzas and was told I couldn’t use the free pizza coupon my kids earned two times! They were rude an unapologetic about it. I ordered the pizzas online and they were already made but they still refused to give them to the kids! And so I refused to pay for them. Once they said the kids needed to be there in person(I went to pick them up and left the kids at home with my husband). Ok… the second time I didn’t put the coupon code in online, but there was no space to put it in! I followed the directions exactly as printed on the coupon. The store told me I needed to put the order in and then call and tell them about the coupons(instead of showing up with them). But they already made the pizzas and you would think they would just honor the coupon then. But nooooo. And this time my kids were there in person. Yet again let down by pizza hut after they earned this supposed award. I would have been more understanding if they wernt so rude about it. They are just so incredibly cheap I think and just don’t want to honor the kids coupons. Bottomline: Terrible pizza. Terrible customer service. There is no excuse to ever order pizza here.

This place has the worst customer service ever — I would give them negative stars if I could! It was too hot to cook last nigh, so I ordered«Pizza and Sticks» using a Pizza Hut coupon(coupon code HP) I recently received in the mail. I also ordered the«Wing Special»(coupon code AK). The young man who fumbled his way through taking my order didn’t seem to be familiar with the new coupons, but he assured me they would honor them. When I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, the very rude woman who rang me up(Cindy) told me ‘we don’t honor those coupons — we’re a franchise store and those are corporate coupons”. I explained to her that I should have been made aware of that before I placed my order and drove all the way across town to pick it up. Her attitude was borderline belligerent and she was definitely not going to honor the coupon price — so I left my $ 30 order there and went directly to Dominoes to pick up pizza for my family. We haven’t eaten at Dominoes in a long time and we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of their new improved pizza — AND their pleasant customer service! We will definitely be going to Dominoes for our quick and easy pizza orders from now on. NOTE to PIZZAHUT: If Pizza Hut franchises are not required to accept ‘corporate’ coupons, then YOUSHOULDNTMAILTHEMTOCUSTOMERS!!! And you should train your franchisees in the principals of customer service!

I am so disappointed. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza last night and when my son went to pick it up and bring it home it was so greasy and flat it was disgusting. I actually wanted the special for $ 11 but I guess I just ordered the stuffed crust. I have ordered this pizza before and it was good. Also, I think they almost burned this one. Won’t order again. Terrible $ 16.50 later.

So I ordered a pizza at 10:00 am to pick it up at 12:30pm which is my lunch time. When I show up to pick it up, they tell me my pizza is not coming out. I tell them I ordered 2 hours ago, and the person in front says she remembers taking my order but simply said she didn’t know why my pizza was not there. Horrible service, I got no pizza and had to drive to 7⁄11 to pick up some chips to eat instead. Never going back.

I’ve been here about just under, I want to say ten times in the last year alone(that’s all the pizza I’ve had – which isn’t much, believe me) and I’ve never had any issues and the service and staff, as well as the shift manager(s) have always been kind and things run smoothly. I’ve seen negative reviews, the majority actually, about this place, but I must say, IF I HADANYTHING to say, I’d say that there were a few times that the pizza(s) were light on sauce but I don’t mind and it doesn’t bother me… it’s not that big a deal anyway. So, with that being said. The service is good, especially as of recently, it was a delight ;) and the pizza is… well…Pizza Hut. Just like McDonalds or any other major chain, it all tastes the same, it just comes down to the Customer Service, and experience and so far… so good. I can’t speak for everyone, but I only speak for myself. I march to the beat of my own drum. I waddle to my own… you get it! Eat up! Stuffed Crust RECOMMENDED!!!

The pizza was poorly made. The cheese did not cover the whole pie. The toppings were lacking although I had asked for extra. More than one slice was missing toppings all together. Also, Our delivery came 40 minutes late.

I will be boycotting this location. Save your time and money. The«Manager» does not care about his customers and their level of satisfaction. After waiting an hour for our pizza we finally received it but they neglected to give us red pepper, parmesan cheese, and the ranch that we had asked for. Oh Boy, would you believe that when my disabled mother called to asked them kindly if they could swing with by with the items the so called«Manager» began to belittle her and tell her she would have to pay $ 10 delivery charge plus $ 5 for the items. If that wasn’t bad enough when she asked for his name he stated that for security reasons he could not disclose that. When she asked for corporate’s # he stated«Look it up, I don’t have time for this.» Well then sir I hope that you feel good about yourself. Not only did you make a disabled woman cry but you also lost a customer and I am here to let ALL of Unilocal know just how valued their customers are at this Pizza Hut Location. Apparently they do not care at this store about the client and that is appalling. They need to fire this so called manager.

Ordered a pizza online and was given an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes. When our pizza was almost 30 minutes late we called for an update. We were told that our order left their store 18 minutes after our stated delivery time. When asked why and what the store could do about this we were told that the time given from the website was not accurate and they could not be held accountable. I spoke with a manager who told me that this was what they are told to say. As customer service goes, this is not a good message to receive. When we did finally receive our order the food was cold.

i wish i could leave 0 stars for this location and the fullerton location on commonwealth. To make a long story short there was a mix up with the location the driver went to. I waited over an hour to here from the manager because my pizza never arrived. Once I finally got tired of waiting I called to speak to the manager and she stated«I don’t know what to tell you». I believe her name was LUPE so hopefully you will never have to deal with her. She told me she had refunded my money and would call the local store and get the pizza to me. The brea manager calls me back and asks what my order was and how I want to pay. I explain to him that the manager was supposed to explain this to you and get the pizzas here. He then just hung up on me and I still have no food. I will never go back.

Would give it zero stars if I could. This location has consistently horrible service, I came in the other day to give them one last chance and order something, employee couldn’t speak English and was rude the whole time I was there. I walked out without ordering anything. It’s been years that I’ve had negative experiences with them; from the cashier forgetting to tell me my total, to getting my order wrong, to the manager yelling at me when I asked a question about my order. Not coming to this location ever again, every single person at this store needs to be fired or learn about simple customer service.
