Nail Studio

Came in with confidence and left furious and in pain after about an hour and a half. My friend and I walked in to the studio with 2 women and a male worker sitting there. They asked us what we wanted and we both proceeded to tell them we wanted a full set. My friend sat down with the gentleman and I was left waiting for 35 minutes while the other 2 female workers sat on the couch watching YouTube videos and playing on the computer. Was he the only one that could do acrylics at a NAIL SALON? What’s up with that?! He finished my friends acrylics and he handed her off to get her nails painted by one of the female workers, He told me to sit down at his DIRTY station! He hadn’t cleaned up his station whatsoever. He left the same towel down and used the same files on me he had with her. That is where I should have walked out! As he proceeded he began to file my real nail down along with my cuticles. OUCHHH. Hopefully I don’t get a hang nail or fungus. After he put on the acrylic and started to file those to smooth them he kept filing my cuticles. I would pull away and say ouch or that hurt and all he would do is shake his head and groan. How many times do I have to say something for you to ease up on the filing. He not on filed my cuticles which are really sore and torn up but he filed into my nail bed where there was no free edge. I was burned by the electric file a numerous amount of times and he not once said sorry. He had finished filing and told me to wash my hands which at this point were throbbing and asked me what color I wanted, really what color do I want?! Nothing, my nails couldn’t take one more thing especially by someone who had manhandled my hands as if I was an inanimate object left to be sanded down. I told him I didn’t want my nails painted and he laughed. Which made me even more angry. I was left there in extreme pain and left with a $ 27 bill. I got charged an extra $ 3 for pointed nails. My bill wasn’t adjusted at all even through all the pain I was put through. I can confidently say I will NEVER EVER go back again or recommend any more of my friends to go there.

We showed up 45 minutes before closing for 2 acrylic fills, not only were they accommodating, they stayed 30 minutes past closing to finish up. Not once were we rushed or made to feel like we were imposing. Not only is their customer service on point, the care they put into their work shows great pride as well as skill. They’re fills are a little more costly, but worth every penny. Great service, great work. We will be back.

Excellent job on my sparkly mermaid nails! Danny made them sharp just how I like them. They even put lotion on my hands after, which is a rarity these days when getting gel! I will definitely be back when my nails need a fill! The prices are reasonable as well!

If you want extra FootMassage 15 $ for 20 mins make sure you ask Jason!!! He did very very good

I’ve come in here twice and received the same nail technician, Kevin. The first time I came in I received a gel manicure and pedicure – followed by a full set with gel the second visit. Each visit with Kevin was superb to say the least! Kevin is very detail oriented and takes his time to make sure you get the full experience. He is very talented… make sure you ask for him if you visit this nail salon!

So far so good. Owners are super friendly. Getting my nails done before work! Mentioned I don’t have much time and Thank God they were okay with it. Yay! I love the matte look.

Need new nail technicians. Very rough. Made me feel uncomfortable. They were very clean but that’s about it. They left me sitting in water for 30 mins til someone came back from their lunch break. Will not be coming back

It was very pricy, they showed me the price of Pedicure separately but I thought it was for both pedi and mani!!! Then it came out 40 $ and 46 $ with tips. This is more than I usually pay for a basic mani and pedi!
Plus it wasn’t the best at all! I’m not satisfied with this service or price!

The owner is very nice. He gave us a discount on my daughters nails and she still got to sit in the «big girl» chair unlike all the other places. Prices are good, this place is so CLEAN! we will be returning very soon

All the staff are nice and friendly. They will do exactly what you want. If you like coffin shape ask for kevin. He does such a great job on it.

Went on Unilocal and saw they closed at 9 so I went here around 7:45. When I got there the sign next to the door said they closed at 8. I was really bummed out! But, one of the workers saw me standing there and asked if I needed help. I told them that I thought they closed at 9 and they said that it was actually 8. So i said okay and was ready to leave, then they asked what I needed. I told them I needed a full set and they gladly took me in! Amazing customer service! All 3 employees were attending someone so I waited around 10 minutes until someone opened up which was no problem, I was thankful they even took me. Kevin did my nails and I asked for a coffin shape and he went right to work. He paid such close attention to every minor detail. He is definitely the best manicurist I have ever had! By the end they needed to switch off cleaning the shop so he went to finish the rest of the store and a lady painted my nails. She was super friendly. I ended up loving my nails and was so glad they didn’t charge ridiculous prices like many other nail salons. It was $ 25 for a full set and $ 2 for the coffin shape. Will definitely be a regular here!

Jason and his team are really nice and do a great job! Good quality work for the price. The gel nail polish color options were realIy nice. I got gel manicure and pedicure in a pink nude color

Sad to say my experience here was not as grand as the other past reviewers. The time there was not bad, however, what happened after was terrible. I had asked the person to give me nail tips without the acrylic. Although this seems like an odd request I had done it before and it looked more than acceptable. Sadly, they had not filed it down enough and the line was very noticeable. Now on to the actual polish, I had asked for a black gel nail polish, only to have it chip off after two days. Overall I had spent $ 36 not including tip and all I got was a stressful nail experience and deep regret in coming and spending my money here.

Nail Studio stands out above most nail shops I’ve tried out because they really went the extra mile to provide a positive experience for me. Everyone was so nice and friendly to me when I came in. They were attentive to my needs and did an excellent job on my gel manicure; ten perfectly painted nails. I highly recommend this shop!

I don’t frequent at here at nail studio because I don’t live in the area, but the two times I’ve been here have made me want to come back. Quick, clean, and they did a beautiful job on my nails. I came in right before closing and they helped me anyway. Great service!

I went their with a friend on sunday in the evening And it was amazing because the service their is good and cheap it was 26 dollars for gel in was a clean and amazing sevice.

Made an appointment for a group of 8 on a Saturday. We arrived at 4pm and we were all able to get helped. We all received the ROYAL treatment and got both manicures and pedicures. They gave us great service and did an amazing job. Everyone left content, it’s hard to please a group of 8 women and this team did just that, thanks guy!!!

I was having a horrible Saturday earlier when I went to 2 different salons near my house and was treated badly so I gave up and decided to do my nails a different day… After having dinner with friends near the brea mall, my hubby and I went walking around the mall and he spotted «nail studio» as soon as I walked in I was greeted by all the employees with smiles, they allowed me to sit and get my nails done (finally, YAY!) even though they were closing. I got to have the whole place to myself and got to talk to Anne, Anne and her nail technicians are so friendly, kind and I would drive the extra miles out here to get my nails done. Excellent service, superior conversation! Thank you Nail Studio for staying open and helping a girl out!

This is my first time at Nail Studio. Trang, she did a good job on my nails. Love my nails so much. The decoration inside the nail shop looks really nice. I’ll come back here next time for my new nail style from trang.
