Jamba Juice

I love Jamba Juice. I have probably been coming to this particular Jamba Juice (on and off) for 1 – 2 years. But every time I go in the customer service has been getting worse and worse. No one greets customers as they arrive anymore, and most of the workers look like they don’t even want to be there.
I stopped coming in for a while because the last time I went in for a smoothie, I was completely ignored! By 4 people working!!! And on top of that there was an employee that must’ve just stopped by to say hello, they were all taking to him, and more workers came out of the back to speak to him. And after all that, I still wasn’t acknowledged. I had to tell someone I hadn’t ordered yet. Granted the store was somewhat busy (nothing crazy), but a simple «hello», or «we will be right with you» would have sufficed.

I’m tired of my drinks tasting gross or given the wrong order. This keeps happening every time I go to this location. As much as I like Jamba Juice, I think I won’t be coming anymore.

Quick & friendly service every time I come. I usually order my favorite– aloha pineapple and I never have to wait more than 5 mins for it. My only complaint is that sometimes my cup isn’t filled all the way and there’s a noticeable gaping space but it’s not that big of a deal.

This Jamba Juice store is pretty consistent with making their smoothies. Probably not the most crowded Jamba Juice but they do have a fair amount of individuals who come in.
You can order either a small, medium, or large. I usually prefer ordering a large and splitting it into two so that I can share it. With a multitude of flavors to choose from, there’s bound to be a flavor that you enjoy. They make the smoothies not too icey and its fairly quick. My favorite is the white gummy bear.

For those of you who have not tried a Jamba Juice, think of it as the Starbucks of smoothies. Granted, it’s not as ubiquitous as the coffee stalwart, but if you want a designer smoothie with some flair, look no further.
There’s an amazing combination of preselected fruit and/​or veg smoothies with additions like protein powder, vitamins, or wheatgrass to name a few. You can even get it «diet» for the calorie conscious… but who are you kidding?! These smoothies are decadent and flavorful. So anything that tastes this good has to have calories…
Like Starbucks, if you frequent this place, you’ll have a lighter wallet at the end of the month. The best deals come when you join their insider club and get specials emailed like the buy one get a second for $ 1.00 that’s going on until 02÷15÷16: coupon required…
The staff here have been friendly if not very conversational and they will gladly split a large and put some into a baby cup of you have little ones like me ;)
My go to is the Pina cowlada with an immunity boost. My wife likes the apples and greens or berry upbeet with an immunity boost. The kids are strawberries wild fans. For the kids, I skip any vitamin boosts due to their age…
They’ve also got an assortment of snacks, both healthy and unhealthy if the smoothie is replacing a meal…
If you’re heading to Disneyland, there’s a Jamba in downtown Disney so you can grab some refreshment before entering the park and savor it as the sun bakes you in the eternally long lines…

My favorite is amazing green! So good! And their service is always good. I always make a call before I get there, and they always be ready before I get there.

I was so happy to see that there is a place open earlier than 7 to get a acai/​pitaya bowl. But was I greatly disappointed when I received my bowl. It was soo liquidy! It was literally like soup! Not only was it like soup there was still fruit not blended therefore I got chunks of frozen fruit as well. Will not be coming back here. I should just have waited a half an hour and go to Nektar.

You have to love a place that goes out of its way to not serve you. Today I went in for a juice they tell me they can’t take credit cards so it has to be cash I try to pay in cash they say they can’t take a bill over $ 20 You would think that someone could make a exception seeing how they won’t take a credit card Great juices terrible customer service.

Very friendly when I walked in. I just wanted something refreshing and I picked mega-​mango and let me tell you ! It’s so great, sweet with a hint of bite to it. I love it, really hit the spot

No one is here in the store & my 2 energy bowls are taking forever cause the employees are all talking amongst themselves about what they are asking for for Xmas and who’s going to the Xmas party etc… So tacky & unprofessional. Talk about this stuff when no customers are waiting. Then they ran out of lids so I couldn’t get my bowls to go…

What can I say I love me some Jamba Juice. One of my all time faves is «Caribbean Passion.» To my disappointment they didn’t fill up my cup all the way. Yea I’m probably being a little to picky but I feel for almost $ 6.00 it should be filled to the top. So I guess its principal. So to the Jamba Juice Brea location you disappointed me today.

This location is on my way to work so I stop by occasionally for a breakfast treat. The staff is usually nice and helpful. Last Friday the guys made my day! I spilled my yet to be drank smoothie all over the parking lot when I got to work. After heading in to get started for the day and pout a little bit, I headed back over to order another one. Not only did the guys notice me and remember what I ordered, they offered to make me another, on the house when they found out what happened. I wasn’t anticipating that gesture and it totally made my day!

Vey very friendly staff. Ever want a smoothie fast and friendly. Go here. Great staff. Good job hiring.

The service is bad! Regular customer and they’re always getting it wrong or when they are busy, they rush and the drink comes out really watery! Only few great employee, but hardly there.

Great place, but your service is horrible. Maybe it’s just the cashier Cerea and maybe she was just having a bad day. Being nice isn’t that hard

very fruity smell when stepped indoor. I normally buy the freshly squeezed juice because they all real fruits no added ingredients. I love the tropical greens. Very healthy place.

How can you go wrong?
This particular location was a bit crowded, but it’s just that good!
I love anything in the «all fruit» category, specifically the pomegranate paradise (pom, peach, mango, strawberry)
this location put a lot more of the Pom juice in it than im used to, but hey, pomegranate is good for women, or estrogen, or something like that right?
I also looove their rewards points program! It’s a nice little surprise when I enter my phone number and I find out I have a coupon. I spent $ 2 on a drink I was prepared to spend $ 5 on!

Love the protein shake or a mango a go go after a great work out.
The line can be long when it is on a Saturday mornings and when they only had 2 employees in the front.
If you go there in the weekday evenings, they are relatively faster. I am trying various drinks to find another drink to be my new favorite.

Jamba Juice has got me hooked on their new line of juices. My favorite is the Tropical Greens. The only thing is the price… so I only come here if I have a coupon. By the way, if you sign up for their Insider Rewards program, you can get a $ 3 off coupon. But that coupon has an expiration date, so use it within a timely manner!
The juices start at ~$ 6 for a small cup. The large size (not on the menu in the store) is ~$ 8. They also have steel cut oatmeal and acai bowls here, so they make a great breakfast stop before going to work. I also love that the store smells so fruity all the time!
The reason I’m reviewing this location is that the server named Zeph is really cool! I’ve been twice, and he’s helped me twice. He always has a smile on his face and is ready to strike up a conversation any moment.

Frequently slow when busy and now they are charging for boosts.
Redesigned menu board is not very easy to read.
Someone took my order from the counter today! Eww.
