About a year ago, my wife and I were in the market for purchasing our first home together, we were shopping in the north orange county area, particularly in brea and la Habra… we didn’t have a realtor at the time and had saw a house in la Habra that we liked so gave them a call since they were associated online with the property… from the start i was very disappointed with the overall service i received from his team… they lacked professionalism and simple common curtsey. When i initially called and requested to view a house at a certain time the response was like «oh no your not going tosee the house then, I will tell you when i can show you the house»… seriously what happened to customer service these days ?! That was just one of the numerous I should have knew then to find my own realtor, I did like the house and I did make an offer … but they were just so rude time after time and I got fed up with them, I withdrew my offer and requested a return on the money i placed a deposit… Im so happy I did, we ended up buying another house in La Habra and meet a great agent… a world of difference between the service.

Alex deserves our highest recommendation. Not only did he prevent us from a VERY expensive mistake but he worked with us to get a great price on our house. He also worked with us to find the house of our dreams WITH all the amenities we asked for, at an unbelievable price. His office is a well– oiled machine. He and his staff are the best.

My wife and I decided to refinance our house. We contacted our bank they we very difficult to deal with. We heard about Alex through an old friend. Alex met with my wife and I and he set up a designer to stage our house sent someone to make our yard look great helped us with the bank through his contact at Wells Fargo. Then the appraiser came in and Alex was their with comps and help to get the appraisal we needed to get the refinancing. I wanted to say thank you to him for all his help

Alex assisted me with a short sale, with which I had a 1^st (Wells Fargo) and 2^nd (Chase) mortgage. It was a very complicated short sale and it got handled very quickly. 1 ½ months, from listing date to close of escrow. His office handled everything for me. They make it all seem so easy, but I know they invested hours and hours into my sale. I appreciate them more than words can say. I would definatly recommend Alex and his staff (Julie), to anyone looking to do a short sale.
