Luna Bazaar is awesome! They have a great selection at very reasonable prices. Customer service is very helpful. I needed to add some items to my order several hours after placing it. They did, no problem, they didn’t make me do a separate order which would have been additional shipping fees. Very helpful. I highly recommend.

Apparently per their own admission they are a small company and cannot service their clients. I ordered a shipment to arrive in 7 days and was told that to ensure delivery it would be about $ 40-​$ 50 dollars but they could not be sure as they are too small to weigh packages. I asked to know the cost as I was unwilling to order something without unknown costs. When she finally got back to me the cost has increased to over $ 100 to ship paper parasols. Given that their costs are already 30% higher than everyone else to see that they continue to make additional dollars by over charging shipping I cannot recommend this company. I was able to find the same order in Los Angeles and the shipping for 2 day was $ 12.00. Shame on you!
