We found AAT knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled in taking care of a humongous maple near the house. Bob, the arborist, came to the house beforehand to describe the plan and answer any questions. It was a very large tree in a tight spot between the pool and house. He did the work so that the branches fell in a straight line away from the fence, and cleanup was simple. We like how, when there was additional work, he came back promptly the next day (I haven’t had the same luck with home contractors.) Finally, we received an email with information on what kind of tree to replant in the same spot and how to care for the surrounding trees.
