One employee was better than the next. My salesman, Tommy F. was helpful and genuinely friendly. I have no doubt that if I ever went back I would be greeted as family. Will certainly go back and will recommend their store to others.

Everyone knows Verizon, so I won’t go into plans. However, at this location you’ll find someone named Theresa Bishop. Two words, Class Act.
I called her with questions as I was in a jam and with another carrier. She calculated very quickly that it would be best to just buy another phone with her competitor.
In turn, she’s made a raving fan as we talked about other things. One great thing, is that you can take that online deal and call her first and she what she can do. She can at least match it.
In my case, I wish I could go back and have her set me up. Not only would I have a better plan overall but I’d have a REAL person to call and a real neck to ring if something went wrong.
If you’re going to go Verizon, you owe it to yourself to get a real life person, and get someone professional like Theresa, not some college kid in the mall. Really.
