WORSTTACOBELLEVER !! website claims to be open till 1. Go there and the drive thru says only 11 but it was 10:05 and no one would answer the speaker. Tried multiple times. Like you can’t just close almost an hour early cause you don’t wanna make any more food. I’m sure who ever was inside was still getting paid and wasn’t doing anything. There were cars still in the parking lot and I drove all the way from east haven. I was sitting waiting for someone to reply and then the digital menu screen was shut off obviously by someone inside. All the lights were on. They were open. They just didn’t want to serve anyone. Never going back. Ever.

I’m not a big fast food & if so usually skip drive thru go in. From LI, NY37 yrs. where on every other corner multiple locations of basically every fast food restaurants w/long lines In/Out & screw up 80% of time it’s ridiculous. Honestly hadn’t eaten any of that in about 3 years. BUT… I LOVETB ! I live in Clinton closest Brantford. We moved up here 6⁄2012& I had prob gone 1×2013 /2014& went in ate there. Everything was fresh hot & made to order they bring food 2 ur table. Entire place clean. When done we ordered 2 things to bring home & as ordered/no issues. Now.MAY&JUNE2015… Have had serious cravings! Usually we get the whole enchilada but U totally crave Taco Bell & I was running around going 2 a lot of appts & had surgery coming up definitely wanted Taco Bell prior to my surgery. So we went 2x’s B4 June 18th both times went in ordered & ate there. It was around 1 p.m. — 3 p.m. on both times Everything hot fresh & perfect. Then on June 24th I wanted to get it coming back from a post op visit. They wanted drive thru but I said no I never trust drive throughs… 9 outta 10 times at any fast food joint they screw up order. Went in & watered 7 burritos to go — 4 bean burritos w/no onion &(3) 5 Layer Beefy Burrito… Those were for me which are my favorite + 1 apple empanada. I can’t eat three things in one day /sitting. So I ate the apple empanada in the car on the way home. When I got home I ate 1 burrito. Later that evening I heated up another one but noticed they forgot the sour cream which is supposed to come w/thank goodness I didn’t pay extra for it! Last 1 was perfect right around 4th of July weekend while recuperating I add a family member pick me up the same thing and bring it home this time they were all me correctly. They were actually still very warm considering Branford to Clinton in July but AC in a car. I can’t wait to go back it’s definitely one of my favorites if I have to have fast food that’s where I go mainly here. I hate the fact that the closest things to me serve deep fried things and mystery meat /chicken.

Night staff forgot to put beef in my order! Everything but one taco had no beef are you kidding? That will be my last visit.

I believe this franchise owner should wake up! I paid a horrendous amount of money for empty tortillas… where’s the beef, cheese, etc. This used to be a good taco bell… shame on your cut backs. If you are the owner reading this and are unsure what I am referring to, maybe you should pay the restaurant experts they show on tv to watch your employees. You may, unfortunately, be out of business in a year if you do not care. Sorry, won’t be back anytime soon it is cheaper to buy my own empty tortillas!!! TJ

Love TBell, go to the Orange one all the time, or Milford… won’t go to this one. I was there twice and both times experienced horrendous service problems, lack of inventory, what have you. The second time when I ordered a steak taco fresco and it came non-fresco the girl tried to tell me that I never said«fresco». Unbelieveable, arguing with a customer(and wrong at that). So then she gets me another one — this time not steak. So then it had to be another one. Again not fresco. I had FOUR tacos piled on the table(they kept saying, just keep it) and they never got it right. By that time just threw the last one back on the tray and told them to forget it. The manager(?) was nearby but chatting with a friend/customer and never intervened. I called the manager/owner the next day. The reaction was lukewarm and no apologies or explanations forthcoming, no peace offerings made. Needless to say the lousy service at this place is a reflection of horrible management. Fortunately the one in Orange is wonderful.

Really surprised by all the bad reviews. This is a pretty nice taco bell. Looks recently renovated, clean, and friendly staff. For taco bell, this is a really nice one. We come here a few times a month for our occasional taco bell craving.

Pretty sure this taco bell gave us both food poisoning from eating there new years day. It was awful. Right a review if anyone else got sick.

Don’t know what to say about this particular location, if it’s not rude service they never have Baja freezer. I have wasted my time on 3 different occasions. Either I’m gonna have to start calling to ask if they have what I want in stock or just avoid this location.
