Thursday night about 7:00. Table next to us was seated a family of three with a child that was probably-year-old this child squealed and cried and screamed and yelled to the point of the parents even had to put a video on, it was very distracting and noisy. When we were leaving I just happen to meet the manager and ask her do you have a policy with screaming children are out-of-control. I was told that none existed. That is an expensive dinner to have ruined, I was told to have a nice night. No compensation offered, she could care less. We skipped dessert and left asap. If you don’t bring a problem up, how will it ever get fixed. I have been other places where mgt. speaks to families, quite the child down, or will have to leave. They need this at Red Lobster. Unpleasant experience.

Back again, this time, mother in laws birthday. Since I dealt with the food last time, yes, it’s still as mediocre as it can be. This place is loud. And by loud, I MEANLOUD. The seating is tight, tables packed in with booths. There’s lot of people scooting and squeezing this way and that. And kids. Who doesn’t love a family restaurant full up with squalling children? If you have children and are offended by that, fair enough. I don’t pay to eat out and hear your offspring’s ipad cartoon, hear them whine when they can’t have what they want and hear you, an alleged parent, tell something they’re ignoring over and over again. If that isn’t you or your kids, no reason to be offended at all. One family, right next our table was wonderful. Two other tables, nightmares. I could not hear the people next to me when speaking in a reasonable tone of voice over the crying and yelling. So yeah, Red Lobster, family restaurant! One bright aside, our server, Dewina T was brilliant. Helpful, friendly and efficient. She took care of our party of six seemingly effortlessly. She was a genuine please in an otherwise terrible experience. My rule? Only go to McLobster when you absolutely have to. if you 78 year mother in law wants to go there for her birthday, I go and smile. Hopefully you can avoid that.

We had our last visit yesterday. Started with the thick, warm, Bloody Mary’s(which were made once, then remade and given back to us in the dripping, messy glasses they were shook in). Ended with salty, horrible crab legs and underdone, salty, mushy, cold lobster tails. In between those fiascos was the shrimp I was given to top a salad. The shrimp was supposed to be cooked and chilled. It was cooked and frozen in the middle. I wouldn’t have to write a public review had the impersonal manager stopped for a minute and listened. Simply asking how is everything, not allowing me to say anything, then interrupting me by saying«I heard about the shrimp, they are supposed to be cold, they are chilled» Well… since he walked away BEFORE I could respond, let me clarify publicly that the shrimp were FROZEN on the inside. Bye bye Red Lobster. I have NOCLUE why your parking lot is always overflowing.

Used to love Red Lobster but now I only like it. They changed the shrimp they use in their scampi and I like the older ones much better. They also no longer the tiny mini shrimp you could add to your Caesar Salad(HUGE disappointment for my daughter & I) Clam chowder is not very good at all but Ultimate Margaritas are still delicious.

Can never seem to go wrong with a red lobster visit. The pre game biscuits are to die for. I almost wish they would stop serving them because I almost could fill up on just biscuits they are so good, and would have no room left for meal. But I take that wish back because I would be sad if I didn’t get greeted with a warm basket of tasty biscuits to start our meal. When you are feeling seafood then red lobster has the options for you and at a formidable price. The lobster tails are always meaty an delicious and the butter is the cherry on top. Many shrimp options depending on what you are feeling. And you can go full scale if you like with some awesome surf and turf options(although I won’t lie I haven’t tried their steak yet, maybe next time I will order so I can complete my review) Last time was a trio of seafood I ordered and felt like I was in a dream world. Again when your tastebuds are thinking seafood red lobster never seems to disappoint.

Just finished lunch here and the raw oysters were fantastic! The fried catfish lunch was a bit dry. The homemade tarter sauce was excellent. My server Gregory L was very efficient and friendly. I will come back, after the holidays.

When going to a chain restaurant you never know what your server will be like. Add a busy night with endless shrimp lovers… could be disastrous. We were seated within ten minutes and greater by a wonderful server. I wish I would have remembered her name so all you Unilocalers can request her. She was so attentive to our needs. She made sure our drinks were full, biscuits were fresh and that we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure.

We came for the endless shrimp on a Sunday at noon. They opened at 11am, however their staff isn’t scheduled until 12 – 12:30. The restaurant was full of empty tables with a «20 minutes» wait time which turned out to be a 40 minutes wait. I did enjoy my meal. The breaded shrimp and tartar sauce is delicious. Making people wait in the lobby for 40 minutes with tons of empty tables because management doesn’t know how to make a schedule is unacceptable.

The commercials for the Endless Shrimp looked so appetizing I decided to give it a try. I went in the middle of a weekday afternoon, so it was not crowded at all. Service was very good. The flavor of the endless shrimp offerings was good+. The problem was that the shrimp used for each of the dishes were extremely small in size. I know the difference between small, medium, large, and extra large shrimp, and these were small at best. Not baby shrimp you might get as an add on to a salad, but many were no more than twice the size of a baby shrimp. I would not repeat for the price of $ 16.99 + tax + tip.

Parrot Isle coconut shrimp and a tail, done right. See Angelo for the best service in the restaurant. He will take care of you and is generous with the delicious bisquits. You rock

We love this red lobster. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable and quick. Tonight my husband and I shared the Ultimate Feast. It consists of a lobster tail, crab legs, shrimp scampi, Walts fried shrimp, rice pilaf and one more side of your choice, so we got a baked potato. Like Most of Red Lobster’s entres it also came with a salad and delicious cheddar bay biscuits. All this food for only $ 26! We also ordered the calamari appetizer. It comes with fried veggies, fried peppers, grated cheese and two sauces to dip(ranch and marinara). To top off date night, we shared the chocolate wave cake. It is heavenly sweet. My hubby got a 20 ounce beer to wash it all down while I sipped on sweet iced tea. We were already having a great time, but our bill of $ 55 definitely gave us one more reason to smile.

Chris T. at this location is a great server. We, a party of 6, arrived very late, near closing time, and two of our guests did after close. They still let them in and he provided impeccable service with a great personality. While the food quality is of course representative of a chain, and not 5 stars, his service is 5 stars; real talk. Good experience.

Say what you will about chain restaurants but I dare you to find better coconut shrimp with the most delicious piña collata sauce! Always packed, so be prepared to wait. Friendly and efficient servers. And those biscuits, to die for. Love the choose your own combo menu so you can get a couple of your favorite items on the same plate. For a chain, no complaints, except it’s a bit pricey! Oh well, you pay for what you like, right?

Have not been to one in years as we had not been impressed but visiting family wanted to go and we were pleasantly surprised. Coming from New England as our hometowns I always compare seafood to great restaurants in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. The cheddar biscuits were fresh and hot out of the oven. Melt in your mouth and don’t need butter. The lobster stuffed mushroom oozed with cheese and large pieces of lobster. Sinfully delicious!!! The shrimp platter had 3 different varieties of shrimp including fried butterflied shrimp with cocktail sauce, shrimp scampi and shrimp Alfredo. All had a unique flavor but pretty rich to have all on one plate. Portion sizes are huge and can easily be shared. Prices varied according to fish ordered but comparable to other restaurants. Waitstaff was extremely friendly and efficient. Had taken Red Lobster off my list of restaurants but now it is back on.

Stopped in for a quick lunch at the bar. Kalie the server was polite and made a excellent recommendation. Seasonal dish called grouper New Orleans. Off the chart flavor … Would order it again!!! Lobster soup was just as delicious! Enjoy the pic!

All I can say is my family really enjoyed our lunch here at this Red Lobster to help celebrate my mother’s 2 ½ year cancer survivorship as of yesterday when she was read her bone marrow biopsy results by her Hematologist doctor. Our lunch was really great and tasteful especially the New England Clam Chowder and the Hawaiian Island Tallapia it was delicious.

5 Stars for Red Lobster? Really? A chain restaurant? A Darden owned chain restaurant? Puhlease. But let me continue. Friday night, our usual celebrate the end of the week night out. Having gift cards for eateries makes a solid argument, so off to RL Brandon. Actually we don’t mind RL because they have some things we really like. Their cheddar biscuits are hot, soft and very tasty. Wife loves their coconut shrimp and I like fish in general so once in a while we visit RL. The place was packed overflowing to outside. We were told 20 – 25 minute wait. It certainly was no longer than that and we were seated. Our server, Eddie H. was as solid as they come. He did not commit the«guys» sin and properly greeted us as «folks». Yeah! We started with salads, they were chilled, fresh and tasty. Wife did her usual coconut shrimp and I did what I’m calling the Lobster overload, a Maine tail, a rock tail and lobster Alfredo with pilaf. Wife’s shrimp came out with 9, yes 9 shrimp. Too much for her so she gets a bonus Saturday lunch. Mine came out as advertised. The rock tail was good size and the Maine was smaller but that’s ok, both were hot, cooked right and delicious. I picked the lobster and shrimp out of the Alfredo and left the pasta… just way too much food. Eddie H. did everything right, he was awesome. Great service, good food, what in heaven’s name is wrong with Darden? Four stars for the food which was great and that elusive fifth star belongs to Eddie H. Good job Ed, you deserve it.

After almost a decade of not visiting Red Lobster, we were reunited at a recent Unilocal event. I have to say, I was very impressed at all their new menu items(and old ones… ahem, the cheddar bay biscuits are as good as ever). I am usually hesitant to order seafood at less expensive restaurants, in fear that it will taste«too fishy», but that was not the case with any of the food we tried at our event. They now have their own(possibly better?) version of bang bang shrimp, a lobster pizza, and a lobster grilled cheese. The lobster grilled cheese was by far my favorite. I will definitely be back to Red Lobster just to have this again! At the event we attended, we got to meet some of upper management of the restaurant, and they were all super friendly and helpful. It also appears that over the past few years, the inside of Red Lobster has undergone a renovation to make it more elegant. I was impressed with the décor, and it definitely gave it a more expensive atmosphere with not as expensive prices!
