One Call Appliance Service

Let me tell you about Brian and One Call Appliance. He is the best. Had a problem with my Samsung washer. He came THE SAME DAY I called him. Diagnosed the problem as a master circuit board, but thought it might get fixed by just replacing a sensor. Since the master circuit board had to be ordered from China, he left and picked up the sensor. Came back in about an hour, replaced the sensor and it didn’t work. Here is the catch, he didn’t charge me for the sensor. He just took it back out and charged me for the service visit only!
I ended up buying a new washer but gave the broken one to my brother. Brian ordered the part from China and now my brother has a ‘like new’ washer.
About a month later, I decided to clean my range and took the door panel off since we were having a huge party the next day. After an hour or two with trying to put it back together, I finally called Brian again. It was about 10pm at night, so I left a message. He called me at 8:30 the next morning. Don’t you know it, he was there within an hour. Put it all back together for me and only charged me $ 65 for a service call even though it took almost an hour to fix my screw up. I have to tell you all, if you need an appliance repaired, you need to call him. So rare to find someone like Brian and One Call Appliance!
