Nice selection of seasonal items. Decent prices. But old and dirty. I spent over $ 100 and tried to sign up for rewards program; but, cashier said his register was too old to sign me up.

I had problems in finding my size in shoes an employee named Yadira was very helpful. She was very professional. Wish there where more helpful people there like her. Kudos to Yadira!

Why any Kmart is still open is beyond me. The stores are always grossly understaffed and the people who work there always seem harried and flustered (no wonder really). The stores are poorly lit, need to be updated and a mess. Almost all of this falls on the terrible corporate management that is and has been Kmart for decades. It’s like going to back and shopping in seventies in the very worst way.
All that said, from time to time I go there to find I need cheap and I did here. A nice department working in the wrong department rang up the sale because other staffer was doing something else.
In general, I only go to a Kmart if I absolutely have to.

It’s like Walmart without the crowds and lines. There were maybe 5 customers in the whole store a 5pm.
I don’t think the store has changed in 30 years, and some of the inventory is 20+ years old. I remember seeing some of the exact same furniture at another Kmart in the mid 90’s. Funny what the brain remembers.
I really don’t have any complaints. It’s not my number one pick. I usually go to specialty stores for my needs, (i.e. grocery store for groceries, sporting goods store for sporting goods) but if you want to get in and out of somewhere quick that has a little bit of everything, why not?

Need to stop and grab some toothbrushes before heading out on a roadtrip so we stopped here. I never thought the following words would every come out of my mouth but…“you’re better off just going to Walmart.” It’s been many a years since I went to a Kmart and many a years before I go back. This locations smells a funk, just yuck! The customer service is less than desirable also. The cashiers are to busy talking about getting drunk than to acknowledge the customers they are helping.

The customer service at this place is a disaster, just go to Walmart!
Their register systems are so out of date and problematic. The cashiers can’t even take off the security tags, they have to walk up to the customer service desk. The manager wouldn’t even take our manufacturers coupon and wouldn’t tell us why!
The cashier didn’t tell us this till after the point the system couldn’t void the item which I find weird cause that’s usually after you swipe a card which we hadn’t done yet. So we had to pay for the item and then wait over another hour to get through the return process. Overall the manager didn’t seem very friendly, just said can’t instead of explaining why.
