Very knowledgeable and I love their at home service. With my monthly service plan most of the time they are able to remote right in and take care of any issues. Once it was time to do some upgrades on my computer they helped me pick out the components. A+ Team

So… my computer hard drive has an error. I start backing up like a crazy lady and buy a new drive to clone the first drive to. Sadly, I can’t get them to connect for whatever reason and start getting a Very Bad Screen. So… my husband took my computer to InRSite computers mid morning on a Friday. They said they’d call with an estimate on Saturday and that it might even be ready on Saturday. It’s Monday. I called them – was on hold for 12 minutes – they haven’t even looked at it yet(um, hello? business sense? Under Promise Over Deliver?)…and«Oh, it’ll be $ 125.» «Even though I already brought in all the hardware?» «Yup,» says Wayne Parker, without even apologizing for the 12 minute hold time, «I looked at our price sheet…» Um… PRICESHEET? Why didn’t you look at your«price sheet» on Friday when my husband dropped it off? So. Now we’re taking it to PCG(On Bloomingdale and Kings). They’re going to charge a ‘data transfer fee’ of $ 25-$ 30. Big difference. Oh, and I didn’t have to wait for 12 minutes to get someone on the phone. The point: If you’re in Tampa, DONOTGOTOINRSITE computers. EVER.
