Came here with my mom one day and the food was really good. The ice cream was also very delicious. It’s a small place but it brings back some memories of an old fashioned drive in. The only negative I had was that the food took a good little while to come out for just a corn dog and hamburger.

Hand-dipped milkshakes and fries. There isn’t much thats better than that. The atmosphere is old timey indeed. The old newspaper clippings from previous awards and sponsored children’s baseball team photos on the wall are faded from the sunlight. The staff was generously courteous and patient as I decided. Definitely a diamond in the rough type of spot.

The big draw for this place; is the friendly staff. The owner is super nice and we’ve never had a bad experience here. My husband swears by their burgers. I love their club sandwiches. We go a couple times a week just for dessert. I love the dip cones and cherry oblivion ice cream. My husband loves the watermelon sorbet. We took my dad here while he was visitig from La and everytime we talk, he mentions how good the banana split was and how he wishes he had one now. Haha.

OMG wow just got some Ice Cream there and it was so good. I ordered the cloud nine. Yummy, the ice cream was so smooth and rich. I loved it, never thought to go in because it didn’t look to appealing from the outside but it goes to show again some of the best places are holes in the wall.

This is one of my favorite places for a good junk food fix. Old school drive-in style grub — a corn dog, curly fries, a chocolate shake and I am set! Service is always quick and friendly. The interior of the store is super crowded with tables and chairs but there’s tons of seating outside, and this is Florida! Sit outside! The drive-thru is handy for a quick pick-up.

If you are looking for a GIANTMILKSHAKE this is the place to go! My boyfriend loves the chocolate shakes here and has been coming here for years. I was craving a strawberry milkshake last night and he suggested going here. We went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate and a large strawberry shake, the cashier asked if I wanted real strawberries and i said yes. I assumed that it would have chunks of strawberries, which I wanted, and I was correct. What my boyfriend forgot to mention was size of the shakes… they are huge(also makes up the fact that the total of the two shakes was a bit more than $ 11). At the window they have a sign to be patient as the food is made to order, but we got our shakes right away, I think it was because it was late. I would go back again and try more of their flavors because they have MANY. I was also surprised by the size of their food menu!

Our milkshakes were excellent. Definitely better than any fast food chain. It’s also convenient that they have a drive-thru. Super excited to have this place so close by.

Honestly, this is one of the most binary reviews I’ll ever write for a business in Brandon. Their food and ice cream is top notch, wonderful. No exceptions. No caveats. Their prices are high, high, high. I paid $ 13 and change for two large shakes but they were heavenly. When you need a Campbell’s fix, only Campbell’s will do but it will cost you. A Brandon classic

Old timey ice cream parlor located right off Brandon Blvd. It’s one of those throwback, nostalgic types of ice cream shops which is refreshing to see. They stick to the basics instead of trying to wow you with fancy décor and other gimmicks. What you’ll get here is homemade ice cream, sundaes, shakes, freezes and other novelties served with a smile. They do have burgers, sandwiches and things like that but let’s not get it «twisted»(pun intended), ice cream is their forte. After getting tacos from the neighboring taco stand, I stopped in on a whim because it looked like a popular place. I didn’t realize it was a Brandon institution as a previous review indicated. The very friendly cashier had a personality fit for an ice cream shop. Only her third day on the job but they have a future all-star on their payroll. She helped me decide on what to get, gave me some samples of their ice cream(I tried their seasonal pumpkin spice, red velvet and banana pudding. Red velvet was the best of those I sampled) and told me about their Thursday special(a peanut butter cup sundae for $ 3.75). Then she showed me their Dandy Bars and I was sold. I got the Nestle’s Crunch Dandy Bar, which had vanilla ice cream coated with a crispy chocolate. Pretty good and it held up to the 80 degree weather as I ate on the outside patio. It’s a small place with 5 – 6 tables inside and about the same outside, which also has a few playground type«rides» for the kids. Also, a water fountain outside which is a nice feature. I deducted a star because I like a creamier, richer ice cream but that’s just my preference.

I took my daughter here on our way back from the park on Sunday. She wanted some ice-cream and we stumbled upon this place. I am always for patronizing a local business as opposed to the bigger chains… This place was cute. It reminded me of some of the old ice-cream shops I went to as a kid. Although a bit pricey, they give some pretty hefty ice cream portions. The place was pretty crowded and looked like a popular place to go. If you are into some good old fashioned 50’s style food and nostalgia, this is definitely a good place to go. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well as a convenient drive-thru.

stopped by for a early lunch today with my wife and daughter. I was really in the mood for a grilled chicken sandwich. upon the second bit of my sandwich I realized that chicken breast was still raw in the middle. The manager came out very apologetically and nicely offer to make us something else off the menu or to personally remake a sandwich for me. Needless to say I was very pleased with the service and the food. Things happen and they were really good at handling the situation. We’ll definitely be going back again soon.

I’ve been coming to Campbell’s my whole life. It’s a staple here in Brandon. There is ice cream, burgers and hot dogs, and fries, like an ice cream shop you would’ve visited 50 years ago. That’s where it’s charm lies. We take the kids here for a cone from time to time and are always pleased with the service. Their mocha and chocolate milkshake are also super yummy! Part of my favor here probably lies in the fact that parts of my childhood are contained here, but I love this place!

BIG fan of of this place! Yheir Dole whip is amazing, their fries delicious, their cheesecake sundaes YUM. Todays visit brought disappointment. The cloud 9 sundae: soft serve, marshmellow, fudge, whipped cream and sprinkles… they were stingy wiyh the sprinkles, no chocolate bread stick and just overall boring for me.

A small diner type place. Certainly nothing to look at. Staff are friendly and courteous. Limited ice cream flavors, but good. Had a burger and onion rings todays. Burger was good, but a bit overcooked(took forever to get it too) and I did not care for the onion rings. Large and too much batter. I thought someone had told me they had the thin ones I like, but not true. Prices are reasonable, place is ok. Not my favorite but good when you want something quick when you are near the hospital in Brandon.

My fiancé and I have passed this place a few times and always wanted to stop. So when his parents were in town we decided to. The place needs a face lift and some A\C. For starters and is really small on the inside. The staff are fairly friendly. But with as warm as it was inside I dont blame them for their somewhat short attitude. I just got a vanilla soft serve cone and it was yummy :) But its hard to mess that up :)

A little pricey for basic ice-cream. Stopped by with my parents for a quick treat. Passes this place several times and always wanted to try. I ordered a largo chocolate fudge sundae, it was over 4 $. The size was not very impressive for the price. The ice-cream was standard soft serve, could get the same thing at McDonalds or Burger King for less. The inside was not well designed. The eating area inside was packed with tables, very hard to maneuver around and not much standing room to place an order. They were a little slow at getting our order, and seemed that they could only do one order and fill it at a time. The temperature inside was hotter than it was outside. Made for a very uncomfortable ice cream trip.
