Pretty quick service, which I like. The woman taking the order seemed a little on the rude side but hey, I’m not expecting much. Bad day maybe? Very strange vibe. OK, so I placed my order and here’s what happened. What I don’t like is an assumption that I want the«works» when I say lettuce, tomato, pickle, peppers, and onions. The woman taking the order writes down«works», and I(incorrectly) assumed that I would just get what I asked for. I can’t eat a sandwich with hots or whatever saucy crap that you placed on the sandwich — perhaps a mixture of hot peppers with something else I’m not sure. Yes — I am extremely picky and can’t eat a bunch of things because they make me sick to my stomach. I didn’t ask for hots and you gave them to me anyways. Argh! Can you PLEASE make sure that people either want hots or not before giving the orders to the sandwich makers. I only wanted green peppers — the normal not-hot stuff. I don’t have time in my day to screw around with things like this and just want my sandwich made correctly. I’m out 8 bucks and still very hungry. I will scrutinize and review my sandwich next time before leaving your establishment. So aggravated. The lesson to learn here is that you absolutely HAVE to check with your customers to make sure hots are OK. In some cases, they are NOT ok. I will probably end up VERY sick now because I had some of these hot pepper mixture. Thanks! I go to this place because it’s convenient and the sandwiches are usually ready very quickly(within 5 minutes). I usually have to take it to go to eat lunch back at my desk, which is in the same office park as your establishment. Signed, Very pissed off.

Nice place to go for lunch. I usually get wraps or sandwiches. Ingredients are really good and sandwiches are usually ready within 5 minutes. Great little dining area

Fast service, fresh ingredients(always!), family owned and operated, and most importantly-consistent. Nothing is groundbreaking tasty, but standard.

My husband and I were out running errands when i got the preggo hunger attack. That’s something no man wants to see: a crabby, hangry pregnant lady ready to turn into the hulk if she doesn’t get some food. We spotted the sign outside the unassuming office building and figured we could try it. The sandwiches(BLT wrap for me, italian sub and italian wedding soup for the hubs) were good(actually the soup was really good). It’s a weird setting because, again, it is in an office building but it was fine. Clearly aimed at the folks who work in the office park, which is great. Guy taking the order was not overly friendly or welcoming but I would return should another hunger attack come on while I’m out running errands.

Chose this place because I would rather go to a local business than a chain however apparently they don’t like to get their grill dirty. Instead of frying my egg they microwaved it, I should have just gone to DD. Won’t be back.

Excellent sandwiches. Great service. The Cobbler is the best. It’s my favorite spot. Highly recommended

I found nothing to be above average here. The location, interior, service, sandwich quality… All average at best. To boot, I think the prices were high! Small, unimpressive chicken sandwich and drink was $ 10. I just don’t get it.

Family owned and it operates with family pride. I spent years here when working out at Gold’s Gym. Opened for breakfast with sandwiches, it is the only place where I eat bacon. For lunch try the Texas Twister. The soups are made on site and I have seen it done. For a laugh tell them Desi sent you.

Sandwiches are really fresh and good. The thing I find REALLY annoying is the hours sign says open until 4pm but several times I have gone there and they are closed at 3. Update the sign or stay open. The people who work there are miserable. You would think they were prisoners — never a hi or smile.

The«Regular» that they serve here is seriously wonderful. Fresh, crisp, mostly healthy… Wood Road Deli might want to look into a food truck. I’d definitely go out of my way to get one of these.

I have never had an «ok» sandwich here! All of them have been awesome! Really like this place.

I’m a dozen year regular. I usually get the regular rollup and will get the Turkey Gobbler from time to time. Much better than your average takeout. My only complaint is that they charge $ 1.19 for a 12 oz. can of soda. No biggie, I just won’t buy my drinks there anymore.

Take your veggie with swiss or «regular» and shove it. Get on some head meds with the rest of the American population and submit into a pleasant state of awe inspiring customer service.

Daily specials for lunch which always change and are affordable. Can get very busy at lunch, but they keep up with the rush. Always fresh, made or order, and accurate. Has a few picnic tables outside to eat at on nice days. Private parking right outside.

The food is great for a little corner deli. The soup is home made which is great. Tortellini soup is the way to go. It is a place that is quick and convenient for lunch.

The chicken BLT is delicious. Got the special today at lunch, warm roast beef with toppings, and thoroughly enjoyed. The prices are reasonable and so far the service has been fast and polite. This is going to become my regular lunch spot. I have begun to recommend this place to my coworkers and no one is disappointed. Keep up the good work

This place has the best sandwiches! My favorite is the tuna wrap with hots. Instead of tortilla wraps, they have really thin pita wraps, which are awesome. They are the best around and I’ve never found the same type of wrap anywhere else. Makes the sandiwches that much better. Definitely call ahead to place your order. The people there are nice for the most part.

Tried the corned beef and swiss, it’s a well made sandwich with no problems. I went in at about 315pm and the counter help was very friendly. The hours listed on the door say 4pm, but I work in the area and have seen it closed maybe a few minutes earlier than that. If you’re going for a sandwich around regular lunchtime(noon), it’s in your better interests to call it in and pick it up, because there are many offices and businesses in the area and the wait time can be long.

The Mill Special is a heavenly roll up with shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, bacon, feta cheese, and this secret yummy tasty salad dressing that brings this delicious roll up all together.(The dressing may not be a secret, I have never asked:)) The soups are different and homemade every day, their bread and rolls are always fresh, meats fresh, etc… All excellent. The staff kind of suck… in the past 6 months one of the kids took over and you can really feel it. They have been closing and/or cleaning up way too early. The kids who answer the phone could care less about customer service and if you go in and order they look past you, never at you and never smile. A couple of times I called in my order(two cold subs) and I waited in the store for over a half hour I think they lost the order but they never admitted it or apologized… because they didn’t care. With that being said there is plenty of parking and they need it because it is always packed. It is really the only food place on Wood Road which is a very busy industrial road with a lot of hungry people. For the most part they are quick getting the orders out and the food is always fresh and really, really good. There is also some seating in there, nothing fancy, typical sub shop with little personality. They are closed on the weekends and are only open until 3ish weekdays. In spite of their rudeness I highly recommend getting lunch there, it is one of the few really good lunch places left in the Quincy/Braintree area.
