Great place to live. I have been here 5 years (as of next month). It is super quiet. The neighbors are friendly yet not nosy. There is no crime. The management company (both that we have had) have done a good job and get back to you when you leave a question.
There are kinks just like in any community but the association seems to be proactive in correcting/​improving the living conditions and any problems that arise.
If you have the opportunity to buy/​rent in this community I would highly reccomend taking the opportunity.
