Sears Portrait Studio

My daughter went to Sears Portrait Studio in Braintree to get her pictures for Christmas done for the baby. She made an appointment several days in advance and waited over 1.5 hours for the sitting. The place was extremely filthy and they were too busy to go over the prices with her. Upon picking up the pictures the following week, we were greeted by Shannon, the women that works there. The place was still filthy so obviously they NEVER vacuum. Shannon was in a foul mood and couldn’t be bothered with taking our order right away. She couldn’t have moved any slower and charged us 4.00 dollars to print 1 5&7 photo. She was messy, rude and not friendly and really shouldn’t be working in Customer Service When she told us that we would have to pay an additional $ 50 dollars for 10 wallets, we refused. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and sigh because she already printed them. We told her that we are not paying 50 dollars for 18 wallets and she abruptly threw them in the trash with such force she nearly knocked over the bucket.
I will definitely not be returning to Sears Portrait Studio. I don’t know why anyone would put their babies on that nasty floor. After you wait over 1.5 hours for a sitting fee, they charge you an extra 15 dollars! Are you kidding me? We had an appointment!!!
There was food all over the floor and it looks like an earthquake just hit the place. The pictures on the walls weren’t even straight. Bad Bad Bad They don’t even deserve 1 star. If I could give no stars I would.
