My fiancé and I are new to Braintree and forgot to purchase a shovel. After the blizzard we went to Rite Aid hoping they had a shovel. The 2 women paid mind to us and didn’t even give eye contact when saying they didn’t have it. So we travel back home on foot because our car is buried with snow hence the reason we needed the shovel. We researched some more and found a True Value Hardware right across the street from the Rite Aid. You would think the 2 women would have been customer service orientated and helped us out. Poor service! Never would I give them service. God forbit it was life threatening. Smh

Very slow photo machine. Sat here for 30 mins and it never finished loading my pics, had to run for the bus and start over somewhere else.

I began using this pharmacy several months ago and haven’t had any problems whatsoever. My last pharmacy (Walgreens) was constantly running out of my scripts and I have yet to have this issue here, which is huge. When they say your scripts will be ready in 15 mins, they actually have it ready on time. Interestingly enough, I often get a call on my cell letting me know my scripts are ready before the pharmacist even has a chance to call my name. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Today, I received a phone call from the pharmacist, welcoming me to the pharmacy and asking if I had any suggestions for areas in which they could improve. Pretty impressive. The prices are definitely better than CVS, but I do agree that their parking lot leaves a lot to be desired.

A little disappointed with this Rite Aid. I went in for two things off the ad that were suppose to be on sale. Both things were sold out. On top of it the floors where completely filthy. The parking in this place is also a nightmare. The only good thing is the checkout staff is very friendly. It’s THE ONLY reason they get three stars.
