So I guess wearing overalls and having a grizzly looking beard means I have money. Was first one waiting to be helped paitiently, then there was a sign up sheet that no one mentioned after 5min, then the lady there took another more well dressed woman before me and said no worry go ahead. Signed the sheet. Then then was a certain door you had to stand by to wait, some signage would be kind of helpful, although there wanst a line when I first got there. Then the older sales lady called someone else on the list after I was clearly signed up. Walked out after that. Obviously there is no rhyme or reason there and its all how you look. Went and gave another store that knows what customer service is my $ 500 sale.

This was my first time being here. I looked online and they have the most beautiful jewelry. So I figured, let’s give it a try. My boyfriend and I went in and we were not even acknowledged! A lady just stared at us. No hi or anything. So we were walking around the store not knowing where anything is or what their policy is. So then I hear her talk to another customer and tell her she has to sign the guest list.(everyone signs it when they come in.) and she didn’t even ask us! I will NOT be coming here again. Maybe I will try a different location. It’s a shame because they have good quality jewelry.

I guess certain businesses don’t get enough credit for the time that they ARE nice, friendly and helpful. But I came to this store on Mother’s Day recently and it was packed. The store is very small and it had about 7 – 8 sales associates working. Very claustrophobic but understanding. The two sales associates were very nice to me and helped me pick out alternate charms if they ran out of the ones i wanted. That’s pretty good customer service to me. They were patient when i had to look for other charms and never rushed me even though there was a huge line.

First timer here and love this convenient location. The store is super tiny, so around holiday the lines can get epic. They had the new Rose Collection in stock so picked up a pretty bracelet and charm. The jewelry is really fun and great quality as well. Gladys helped me and was the nicest SA. I also received a Christmas ornament gratis!

For a company that makes a lot of money on their jewelry, it is disappointing to walk into the store and be completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgement. not even, «I will be with you shortly.» Nothing! I went in with my Aunt and there were some employees not busy who went into the back as soon as they saw us. This store is really a small space so its apparent when someone walks in. I looked behind the register and even the cash wrap area is a mess! We decided to purchase a charm, and the gal Joanna was really kind though, so she was helpful. My Aunt had got her bracelet cleaned, and when we returned the same lady dodged for the back that did the first time. I’m wondering maybe this store has some problems keeping employees(?). Pandora management should take a look at how their customer service protocol! If you have another Pandora near you, go there!

Had some of the same issues as Sarah D. ALL of their sales associates here are extremely rude and unprofessional! They have no patience when you ask to look at some charms, even though it’s not busy and I’m the only one in there with my family or friends. They don’t pull out trays so I can look at them and tells me to just look at the little catalog, but many charms are a different color/shade from the printed version compared to the actual charm. They even told us to get their attention when I’ve picked out some charms from the booklet, there was NOBODY else in that tiny store! Also, every charm is a bit different, even if it’s the same style/charm. Especially the Murano glass beads, the designs inside can be different so I like to pick and choose. Here, the sales associates picked a random one out of the tray and put it down, I asked to look at the other ones and the sales associate refused and told me they’re all the same. Uhhhh… no there not! I DONOT recommend this Pandora store at all!!! I only live a couple minutes away from the mall so, this Pandora is very close to me. I’ve had enough of their rudeness and I’d rather drive further to the Pandora at Legacy Place.

I wish I could give this place a zero! The sales associates are beyond RUDE! I went in there yesterday and was planning on buying the sea glass bead but with their rude attitude I’d rather not! They also«cleaned» my bracelet and it’s completely tarnished! Not to mention after probably 2 or 3 hours of shopping I went in to pick it up and the girl behind the desk said that the manager locked my bracelet up and that she coulnd’t get it out and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I refused to leave and guess what…5 minutes later she had my bracelet that was«locked up!» Just a really crappy place! I would much rather pay to park and drive further than EVER go back there! Oh AND every Pandora I’ve ever been to backs up the beads! My heart bead keeps getting stuck and they have always replcaed it, well this store refused stating«it’s not a real Pandora just a free standing store» but yet you sell Pandora charms and bracelets right? So that means that you guys follow Pandora’s return policy and back up the charms just as the regular store does right? Stay away from their rude attitudes and make the drive to Cambridge! They ALWAYS help me out and always fix any problems I have. I will be taking my «clean» bracelet to them to see if they can actually clean it!
